Tuttavia, i sistemi sanitari di entrambi i Paesi si sono dimostrati solidi.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Il primo impianto di endoprotesi di ginocchio ha compensato<\/h3>\r\n<p>Sia nel sistema sanitario tedesco che in quello svizzero sono state ordinate e rispettate misure da parte delle autorit\u00e0 per limitare gli interventi medici non urgenti. Durante la prima ondata, ci\u00f2 ha portato a una netta diminuzione dell'impianto di endoprotesi di ginocchio in entrambi i Paesi. Rispetto all'anno precedente, in entrambi i Paesi sono stati eseguiti quasi il 10% in meno di interventi di endoprotesi di ginocchio. Un numero maggiore di questi interventi \u00e8 stato effettuato in Svizzera rispetto alla Germania.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Lo screening del cancro al seno \u00e8 in leggero calo<\/h3>\r\n<p>Dal 2011, diversi cantoni hanno introdotto programmi di screening del cancro al seno. In Germania, tutte le donne tra i 50 e i 69 anni sono invitate a sottoporsi a uno screening mammografico volontario. Durante la pandemia, in entrambi i Paesi \u00e8 emerso che le donne di et\u00e0 consigliata tra i 50 e i 69 anni erano un po' pi\u00f9 riluttanti a sottoporsi alla mammografia rispetto agli anni precedenti. In Svizzera, c'\u00e8 stato un effetto di recupero nei cantoni con un programma di screening, iniziato immediatamente dopo la serrata. Nei cantoni senza programma di screening non \u00e8 stato possibile rilevare alcun effetto di recupero.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Le vaccinazioni dei bambini sono leggermente aumentate durante la pandemia.<\/h3>\r\n<p>L'acceso dibattito sulla vaccinazione durante la pandemia di Corona non sembra aver influenzato in modo significativo la volont\u00e0 dei genitori di vaccinarsi in nessuno dei due Paesi. Tra i bambini piccoli \u00e8 stato osservato anche un leggero aumento delle vaccinazioni di base raccomandate contro morbillo, parotite e rosolia.
