Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 reso evidente dai numerosi attributi che oggi vengono attribuiti ai manager. Si suppone che siano imprenditori, cio\u00e8 che pensino e agiscano in modo imprenditoriale. Dovrebbero essere dei leader, cio\u00e8 un faro verso il quale i loro dipendenti possono orientarsi. E: dovrebbero essere dei coach per i loro dipendenti, cio\u00e8 sostenerli nel loro sviluppo e nelle loro prestazioni.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Compito principale della leadership: garantire i risultati<\/h3>\r\n<p>In alcuni casi, si \u00e8 dimenticato il compito principale di ogni manager, ovvero garantire che il proprio reparto contribuisca al successo dell'azienda. Tutti gli altri compiti di gestione, compresa la promozione dei dipendenti, sono subordinati a questo compito.<\/p>\r\n<p>Tuttavia, l'affermazione \"I manager dovrebbero essere dei coach per i loro dipendenti\" si trova oggi in forma pi\u00f9 o meno incapsulata nelle linee guida di gestione di quasi tutte le aziende. Di conseguenza, si moltiplicano i seminari che dovrebbero qualificare i manager per questo compito. Tuttavia, di solito non si riflette a sufficienza sul fatto che i dirigenti sono sempre anche i superiori disciplinari dei loro dipendenti. Pertanto, decidono in larga misura del loro avanzamento professionale e hanno non solo il potere ma anche il compito di sanzionare i comportamenti indesiderati da parte loro.<\/p>\r\n<p>Inoltre, non si tiene sufficientemente conto del fatto che il rapporto manager-dipendente \u00e8 prima di tutto un rapporto di scopo. Ci\u00f2 significa che se un manager promuove lo sviluppo di un dipendente, a differenza di un rapporto padre-figlio o madre-figlia, non si tratta della \"prole\" che si sviluppa come persona e che \u00e8 in grado di plasmare la propria vita con successo. L'obiettivo \u00e8 piuttosto quello di far s\u00ec che il dipendente si identifichi con i propri compiti all'interno dell'organizzazione e li svolga in modo adeguato; nel breve, medio e lungo termine.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Guidare non significa istruire<\/h3>\r\n<p>Questo quadro pone limiti ristretti alla funzione di coaching dei manager. \u00c8 in gran parte limitato a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.m-q.ch\/de\/mitarbeiter-coachen\/\">Guidare il personale nel suo lavoro<\/a>. Oggi, tuttavia, questo \u00e8 spesso disapprovato. Perch\u00e9 istruire \u00e8 spesso equiparato a dare istruzioni. Ma istruire non significa dare agli altri ordini di \"fare questo\" e \"fare quello\", bens\u00ec fornire loro il supporto necessario, sia esso di natura tecnica o mentale.<\/p>\r\n<p>Un'altra ragione della cattiva immagine della guida \u00e8 che \u00e8 largamente associata al campo dell'educazione. Ma il suo lavoro non finisce qui. Piuttosto, durante l'implementazione, chiede sempre \"Ci sono problemi?\", \"Cosa avete ottenuto nel frattempo?\" per intervenire in modo correttivo e di supporto se necessario. In questo modo, si assicura che i suoi protetti attraversino i processi di apprendimento e raggiungano i risultati desiderati.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Riflettere sull'essenziale<\/h3>\r\n<p>Questa \"guida\" \u00e8 necessaria anche e soprattutto per il personale esperto,<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>quando assumono nuovi compiti con cui hanno poca o nessuna esperienza, oppure<\/li>\r\n\t<li>quando le condizioni quadro delle loro azioni cambiano in modo massiccio, cosicch\u00e9 - da soli o in gruppo - devono affrontare i loro compiti in modo nuovo.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Perch\u00e9 altrimenti i risultati lavorativi dei dipendenti sono in gran parte lasciati al caso. \u00c8 questo il senso della richiesta: I dirigenti devono allenare i propri dipendenti. Allora questo si traduce come: I manager guidano i vostri dipendenti e offrono loro il supporto di cui hanno bisogno nella vita quotidiana per svolgere i loro compiti (attuali e futuri).<\/p>\r\n<p>Questo \u00e8 un classico compito di leadership. Soprattutto nella situazione attuale, caratterizzata da grandi cambiamenti e da una minore capacit\u00e0 di pianificazione, i responsabili delle aziende dovrebbero concentrarsi maggiormente su questo aspetto, invece di inventare continuamente nuovi attributi per i loro manager. In questo modo, infatti, non contribuiscono a rendere i dirigenti pi\u00f9 consapevoli dei loro compiti fondamentali.
