L'aumento delle aspettative \u00e8 dovuto principalmente all'inflazione. Questo dimostra la necessit\u00e0 di aumenti salariali per le fasce pi\u00f9 basse, che sono le pi\u00f9 colpite dall'inflazione. In Svizzera, il numero di posti di lavoro pubblicizzati \u00e8 aumentato di 8,5 % tra dicembre 2021 e dicembre 2022.
