(Grafico: solo per XING)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Per conto di onlyfy by XING (ex XING E-Recruiting, una societ\u00e0 di NEW WORK SE), l'istituto di ricerca sui mercati e sui media Forsa ha intervistato all'inizio dell'anno oltre mille professionisti della Svizzera tedesca sulla loro situazione professionale e sui loro piani per il 2023. Il risultato pi\u00f9 importante: la \"voglia di cambiamento\" alimenta la disponibilit\u00e0 dei professionisti svizzeri a cambiare lavoro.<\/p>\n<h3>Disponibilit\u00e0 al cambio di fornitore in Svizzera: la tendenza continua ad essere in crescita<\/h3>\n<p>La disponibilit\u00e0 dei professionisti in Svizzera a cambiare datore di lavoro rimane elevata e tende ad aumentare leggermente rispetto all'anno precedente. Il 60% degli intervistati pu\u00f2 immaginare di cambiare il proprio datore di lavoro nel 2023, il dato pi\u00f9 alto finora registrato. Allo stesso tempo, il 16% ha gi\u00e0 piani concreti di cambiamento e il 44% \u00e8 aperto a un cambiamento senza aver gi\u00e0 intrapreso azioni in tal senso.<\/p>\n<p>Nel 2018, la disponibilit\u00e0 dei professionisti svizzeri a cambiare azienda era ancora al 51%, ma da allora la tendenza \u00e8 in aumento e ora \u00e8 di circa un quinto. Con il 72%, la disponibilit\u00e0 a cambiare \u00e8 particolarmente alta nel segmento di et\u00e0 pi\u00f9 giovane, dai 18 ai 29 anni, e con il 73% tra i 30 e i 39 anni. Nella fascia d'et\u00e0 compresa tra i 40 e i 49 anni, una buona met\u00e0 (56%) \u00e8 ancora aperta al cambiamento, mentre tra gli ultracinquantenni la percentuale \u00e8 leggermente inferiore alla met\u00e0 (44%). Rispetto alla Germania, la propensione al cambiamento \u00e8 significativamente pi\u00f9 alta in questo Paese. Nel nostro vicino settentrionale, il 37% \u00e8 aperto a un cambiamento di carriera.<\/p>\n<h3>La propensione al cambiamento aumenta nonostante l'elevata soddisfazione<\/h3>\n<p>Mentre la disponibilit\u00e0 a cambiare lavoro \u00e8 aumentata negli ultimi anni, la soddisfazione per il lavoro attuale \u00e8 rimasta a un livello costantemente alto. Secondo gli ultimi dati, l'84% dei professionisti \u00e8 piuttosto o molto soddisfatto del proprio lavoro. Questo dato \u00e8 lo stesso del 2018, quindi i dati non indicano che l'aumento della disponibilit\u00e0 a cambiare lavoro negli ultimi anni sia stato innescato da un calo della soddisfazione. Tra i giovani professionisti di et\u00e0 compresa tra i 18 e i 29 anni, la percentuale di coloro che sono molto o abbastanza soddisfatti \u00e8 leggermente inferiore, pari al 79%. I dipendenti a tempo pieno e quelli a tempo parziale sono praticamente ugualmente soddisfatti, rispettivamente con l'83% e l'85%.<\/p>\n<h3>Il \"desiderio di qualcosa di nuovo\" a met\u00e0 carriera \u00e8 la motivazione pi\u00f9 importante per il cambiamento<\/h3>\n<p>Se si considerano le ragioni di un eventuale cambiamento, la ragione principale (41%) \u00e8 che lo stipendio \u00e8 troppo basso. Al secondo posto, con il 32%, c'\u00e8 il desiderio generale di variet\u00e0 nella vita lavorativa. Il livello di stress troppo elevato \u00e8 al terzo posto (30 percento), seguito dall'insoddisfazione nei confronti del manager diretto (26 percento) e dalla mancanza di opportunit\u00e0 di promozione (23 percento). Il desiderio di variet\u00e0 \u00e8 particolarmente accentuato a met\u00e0 carriera. Con il 41%, il \"desiderio generale di variet\u00e0\" \u00e8 il principale motore della volont\u00e0 di cambiare tra i 40 e i 49 anni. Per il 56%, un buon spirito di squadra tra colleghi \u00e8 praticamente altrettanto importante per i professionisti svizzeri. Al terzo posto, con il 53%, c'\u00e8 la possibilit\u00e0 di organizzare in modo flessibile il proprio orario di lavoro. Ci\u00f2 significa che i fattori legati alla cultura del lavoro hanno praticamente la stessa importanza degli aspetti monetari quando si cerca un nuovo datore di lavoro.<\/p>\n<h3>La significativit\u00e0 e la buona cultura aziendale diventano pi\u00f9 importanti con l'et\u00e0<\/h3>\n<p>Esistono chiare differenze tra i gruppi di et\u00e0 per quanto riguarda il criterio della significativit\u00e0. Mentre il 33% dei giovani tra i 18 e i 29 anni attribuisce importanza a un lavoro significativo, la percentuale sale al 51% tra i 30 e i 49 anni e al 56% tra gli ultracinquantenni. La situazione \u00e8 simile quando si parla di cultura aziendale. Questo \u00e8 un fattore importante per il 38% dei giovani dipendenti. Tra i 30-49enni, il 45% attribuisce importanza a una buona cultura aziendale, mentre tra gli over 50 la percentuale \u00e8 del 53%.
