Il risultato: molti dipendenti sono stati licenziati e sono ora alla ricerca di un lavoro. Ma chi ha competenze informatiche ha ancora ottime possibilit\u00e0 di trovare un nuovo lavoro. Una valutazione di LinkedIn sulle competenze di ingegneria del software pi\u00f9 richieste a livello mondiale mostra quali sono le competenze particolarmente richieste: i linguaggi di programmazione sono ai primi posti. Chi ne \u00e8 a conoscenza pu\u00f2 contribuire ad alleviare la carenza di specialisti IT.<\/p>\n

La conoscenza dei linguaggi di programmazione aumenta le opportunit\u00e0 di lavoro<\/h3>\n

JavaScript, Java, Python e C++ sono tra i linguaggi di programmazione pi\u00f9 utilizzati al mondo. Di conseguenza, non sorprende che si collochino nella top 10 della classifica delle qualifiche pi\u00f9 richieste nel settore del software, con JavaScript al primo posto. Alla luce della crescente digitalizzazione di tutti i settori della vita, queste competenze continueranno a rivestire una grande importanza e quindi a costituire un vantaggio per i dipendenti nei prossimi anni.<\/p>\n

    Complessivamente, c'\u00e8 solo una soft skill nella lista delle 10 migliori: Gestione. Tuttavia, questa abilit\u00e0 non deve essere sottovalutata: solo perch\u00e9 una persona \u00e8 un buon sviluppatore, ad esempio, non significa necessariamente che sia anche un buon team leader di sviluppatori.
