(Immagine: Gerd Altmann \/ Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Lo studio Global Marketing Trends 2023 di Deloitte mostra, da un lato, che il metaverso suscita l'interesse della maggior parte dei Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) intervistati. D'altra parte, circa un quinto di loro afferma di non comprenderla appieno. Il Metaverso \u00e8 una rete di mondi virtuali interoperabili dove gli utenti possono lavorare, giocare, incontrarsi o fare acquisti utilizzando tecnologie di realt\u00e0 virtuale o aumentata. Il Metaverso potrebbe trasformarsi in un gigantesco canale di marketing, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/de\/marketing\/2022-03-13\/das-metaverse-kann-sich-zu-einem-gigantischen-marketingkanal-entwickeln\/\">credono sostenitori convinti di questa rete<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Il Metaverso inizia senza la Svizzera<\/h3>\n<p>In Svizzera, tuttavia, questo interesse \u00e8 meno marcato. Solo il 7% degli intervistati svizzeri dichiara che la propria azienda \u00e8 gi\u00e0 attiva nel metaverso, rispetto al 17% a livello globale. (Fonte: Deloitte)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>I CMO svizzeri citano la complessit\u00e0 dell'implementazione della tecnologia (55%) come la ragione principale della loro mancata partecipazione al Metaverso, seguita dallo scetticismo sulla rilevanza a lungo termine (35%) e dall'insufficienza di talenti per implementare tale strategia (32%). \"Con il loro atteggiamento attendista nei confronti delle nuove tecnologie Web 3.0 e del metaverso, le aziende svizzere non si fanno certo un favore\", ne \u00e8 convinto Roger Lay, Responsabile Marketing, Commercio e Design di Deloitte Svizzera, che aggiunge: \"Non \u00e8 ancora chiaro quanto il metaverso, ad esempio, sar\u00e0 significativo per le singole aziende e i settori tra cinque o dieci anni. Ma se gli addetti al marketing non muovono i primi passi molto presto, si perderanno la tendenza.<\/p>\n<h3>Sostenibilit\u00e0: Venite per restare<\/h3>\n<p>La sostenibilit\u00e0 \u00e8 sempre pi\u00f9 vista come un motore di crescita e un nuovo mercato. I CMO svizzeri hanno riconosciuto questo aspetto prima dei loro colleghi di tutto il mondo: i responsabili marketing svizzeri danno maggiore priorit\u00e0 allo sviluppo di competenze e offerte sulla sostenibilit\u00e0 (31%) rispetto ai loro colleghi internazionali (21%). Lo trovano pi\u00f9 facile anche in un confronto globale (vedi grafico 2). \"La maggior parte dei leader del marketing in questo Paese ha riconosciuto le opportunit\u00e0 della sostenibilit\u00e0 per quanto riguarda la reputazione della propria azienda e come opportunit\u00e0 di crescita\", afferma Liza Engel, Chief Sustainability Officer di Deloitte Svizzera. Alla luce dello sviluppo demografico e della maggiore consapevolezza degli effetti di una decisione d'acquisto, la sostenibilit\u00e0 \u00e8 al centro dell'interesse, afferma l'autrice. (Fonte: Deloitte)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>La creativit\u00e0 come motore di crescita - non in Svizzera<\/h3>\n<p>Lo studio traccia inoltre un quadro piuttosto conservativo dei dipartimenti di marketing svizzeri. Solo un terzo circa (35%) degli intervistati ritiene che il successo a lungo termine della propria azienda dipenda dallo sviluppo di idee creative. Questa convinzione \u00e8 pi\u00f9 marcata tra i colleghi di tutto il mondo: il 48% di loro ritiene che la creativit\u00e0 sia un motore di crescita (vedi grafico 3). (Fonte: Deloitte)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\"Le aziende svizzere ammettono ancora troppo raramente gli errori e mostrano una scarsa disponibilit\u00e0 al rischio e alla creativit\u00e0 per incoraggiare l'innovazione\", \u00e8 convinto Roger Lay. Solo il 28% dei responsabili marketing svizzeri (a livello mondiale: 37%) ritiene che incoraggiare l'assunzione di rischi e il \"fallimento\" favorisca il pensiero creativo. Lay continua: \"Questo \u00e8 probabilmente legato al fatto che in Svizzera prevale ancora una cultura aziendale piuttosto tradizionale, caratterizzata dall'evitamento del rischio e dal perfezionismo. Molti responsabili marketing in Svizzera si lamentano del fatto che nelle loro aziende la creativit\u00e0 \u00e8 un'attivit\u00e0 di nicchia e non \u00e8 vista come un imperativo strategico\". In questo contesto, non sorprende che le aziende svizzere siano in ritardo anche quando si tratta di lavorare con creativi e influencer esterni, secondo un'altra conclusione dello studio.
