(Immagine: zVg \/ Remotecoders)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\"Remotecoders\" \u00e8 l'ultima iniziativa di Christian Hirsig, che nel 2016 aveva gi\u00e0 lanciato in Svizzera, insieme alla moglie Bettina, l'associazione no-profit \"Powercoders\", una scuola di coding per rifugiati e migranti che aiuta i talenti dell'IT in Svizzera a ottenere una solida formazione nella programmazione informatica e quindi a entrare nel mondo dell'IT e iniziare una vita indipendente. Insieme a Hussam Allaham, anch'egli giunto in Svizzera come rifugiato siriano attraverso un campo profughi in Libano, Christian Hirsig ha creato i \"Remotecoder\" durante la pandemia di Corona. La DSC sostiene il progetto nella convinzione che questo tipo di aiuto allo sviluppo sia efficace sul campo e con i giovani della regione MENA colpiti dalla disoccupazione.<\/p>\n<p>L'Egitto \u00e8 stato scelto come Paese pilota. Insieme all'EPFL, Remotecoders prepara i talenti a distanza per il loro stage nel settore IT. Il team iniziale al Cairo comprende due manager, undici team leader e 29 stagisti. Il team di Remotecoders \u00e8 composto da specialisti che si occupano di tutto, dallo sviluppo front-end a Java Enterprise, fino all'ingegneria dei dati. Undici aziende, come il WWF, il rivenditore online BRACK.CH e l'agenzia digitale svizzera viu, hanno gi\u00e0 collaborato con il team in Egitto per un progetto pilota.<\/p>\n<p>Le aziende svizzere si avvalgono dei servizi informatici di Remotecoder e prendono due piccioni con una fava: mettono a disposizione i servizi informatici di Remotecoder. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/de\/human-resources\/2023-02-15\/it-fachkraeftemangel-wer-programmieren-kann-ist-klar-im-vorteil\/\">Carenza di competenze IT<\/a> in Svizzera una soluzione creativa e danno una prospettiva professionale alle persone in Nord Africa. Marcel Rassinger, CIO di BRACK.CH, pu\u00f2 confermarlo: \"Per noi, Remotecoders \u00e8 un modo eccellente per contrastare la carenza di competenze e sostenere le persone di talento nel loro ingresso professionale nel settore IT\". Il promotore Christian Hirsig aggiunge: \"Attualmente ci stiamo trasferendo in 480 m2 di uffici al Cairo e siamo molto motivati a rendere il nostro progetto una situazione vantaggiosa per tutti i partner svizzeri coinvolti e per i nostri dipendenti qui in Egitto.
