Ci\u00f2 significa che i laureati svizzeri guadagnano molto bene in un confronto europeo.<\/p>\n<p>Questi sono i risultati dello studio \"JobTrends Switzerland\", che lo Staufenbiel Institute pubblica quest'anno per la prima volta per la Svizzera. In Germania, questo studio di riferimento fornisce un orientamento su come si sta sviluppando il mercato del lavoro per i giovani laureati dalla fine degli anni '80. \"Da 27 anni siamo strettamente legati al mercato svizzero dei giovani accademici come organizzatori dell'Absolventenkongress Schweiz, la pi\u00f9 grande fiera del lavoro del paese\", spiega Birgit Giesen, direttore dello Staufenbiel Institut. \"Ora stiamo anche incorporando il nostro know-how in uno studio annuale specifico sul mercato del lavoro dei laureati in Svizzera\".<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uso dei social media <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L'uso dei social media non \u00e8 ancora una cosa ovvia nei dipartimenti HR svizzeri: i social media fanno parte dell'employer branding solo in poco meno di tre quarti delle aziende. Con il 79 per cento, Xing \u00e8 particolarmente popolare tra i manager delle risorse umane. Facebook e LinkedIn sono utilizzati dal 66% delle aziende ciascuno. Per gli annunci di lavoro, i social media giocano un ruolo per sette aziende su dieci. Il nove per cento delle aziende usa i social network per controllare il profilo dei loro candidati.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Buon tasso di applicazione<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Circa un candidato su quattro arriva ad un colloquio nelle aziende intervistate. Di questi, il 14% porta poi a un contratto di lavoro. Quando si selezionano i candidati, i principali campi di studio sono i pi\u00f9 importanti, con l'88%. Il voto dell'esame gioca un ruolo subordinato con solo il 46%. Quando si tratta di criteri personali, i datori di lavoro svizzeri si concentrano sulle soft skills come l'iniziativa, la capacit\u00e0 di lavorare in un team, le capacit\u00e0 analitiche e concettuali e le capacit\u00e0 di comunicazione, davanti alla capacit\u00e0 di lavorare sotto pressione e alla disponibilit\u00e0 ad assumersi responsabilit\u00e0.<br \/>\nCon un master, le porte sono aperte ai candidati con datori di lavoro svizzeri. Il 63% delle aziende intervistate paga ai laureati del Master uno stipendio pi\u00f9 alto - in media, la differenza di stipendio tra il Bachelor e il Master \u00e8 del 13%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stage di generazione<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La generazione \"stage\" \u00e8 ancora molto richiesta in Svizzera. L'88% delle aziende che hanno partecipato allo studio offrono stage come possibilit\u00e0 di fare esperienza pratica. Tuttavia, lo stage dovrebbe durare almeno da tre a sei mesi. Questo \u00e8 richiesto dall'86% delle aziende. Le aziende sperano che i candidati sperimentino \"l'applicazione della teoria nella pratica\" durante lo stage, \"conoscano la vita lavorativa quotidiana\" e cos\u00ec alla fine ricevano un orientamento professionale oltre ad approfondire le loro conoscenze specialistiche.<\/p>\n<p>Pi\u00f9 di tre quarti dei datori di lavoro offrono agli stagisti una possibilit\u00e0 di impiego permanente. Tuttavia, la maggior parte delle aziende intervistate consiglia di non offrire stage dopo la laurea. In linea di principio, gli stagisti sono ben remunerati in Svizzera.
