Circa 37% degli intervistati hanno dichiarato che le qualifiche dei candidati non erano sufficienti per le posizioni pubblicate. 27% hanno avuto difficolt\u00e0 a soddisfare le aspettative salariali e 18% hanno avuto problemi a soddisfare le aspettative di flessibilit\u00e0 del lavoro\/ufficio.<\/p>\n<h3>I problemi di assunzione sono particolarmente sentiti dalle piccole imprese<\/h3>\n<p>L'obiettivo principale della maggior parte delle PMI era quello di coprire i posti vacanti. 30% hanno indicato questo come l'obiettivo pi\u00f9 importante. Seguono il miglioramento delle qualifiche generali dei dipendenti (15%), il miglioramento della diversit\u00e0 del team (14%) e la copertura di posizioni di nuova creazione (12%). Quanto pi\u00f9 piccola \u00e8 l'azienda, tanto pi\u00f9 difficile \u00e8 l'assunzione, poich\u00e9 di solito ha meno risorse a disposizione per questo processo. 44% delle microimprese (meno di 9 dipendenti) hanno trovato molto difficile il reclutamento, rispetto a solo 22% delle medie imprese (50-250 dipendenti).<\/p>\n<p>Lo studio ha rilevato che le aziende che si avvalgono di agenzie di reclutamento hanno meno difficolt\u00e0 a coprire i posti vacanti con candidati idonei. Solo il 15% degli intervistati le cui aziende utilizzano regolarmente tali servizi e il 21% di quelli che li utilizzano occasionalmente hanno difficolt\u00e0 a coprire i posti vacanti con candidati idonei. Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 dovuto principalmente al fatto che le PMI non hanno le risorse per occupare i posti vacanti internamente. Solo 16% delle PMI hanno un proprio dipartimento HR, solitamente composto da professionisti delle risorse umane, spesso incaricati di assumere specialisti. Un intervistato su cinque ha citato la mancanza di competenze in materia di risorse umane e di una strategia di reclutamento come i maggiori problemi. Solo 40% sono soddisfatte delle risorse umane a loro disposizione in termini di tempo, budget e competenze.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>I requisiti complessi portano a un processo di reclutamento difficile<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La giusta qualifica professionale \u00e8 il criterio pi\u00f9 importante nella selezione di un candidato, indipendentemente dalle dimensioni dell'azienda. 55% lo considerano estremamente importante. Le medie imprese hanno dato maggiore importanza alla capacit\u00e0 del candidato di lavorare in gruppo (44%) e all'esperienza professionale pertinente (42%). Per le piccole imprese (meno di 49 dipendenti), la capacit\u00e0 di lavorare in modo indipendente (45%) e l'impegno (40%) sono stati altri criteri importanti nella selezione dei candidati.<\/p>\n<p>Le PMI hanno dei vantaggi: 32% hanno citato un'atmosfera di lavoro amichevole e 16% la relativa flessibilit\u00e0 come vantaggi di lavorare in una PMI. Secondo Yannick Coulange, Managing Director di PageGroup Svizzera, \"questi vantaggi spesso non sono ben comunicati\". I maggiori punti deboli delle PMI sono i bassi salari percepiti (22%) e la mancanza di professionalit\u00e0 e risorse nel processo di assunzione (26%).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Soluzioni per affrontare le sfide di reclutamento per le PMI<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Lo studio ha dimostrato che le PMI che dispongono di informazioni aggiornate sui livelli salariali e di benefit, sulle tendenze attuali del mercato del lavoro, sui criteri chiave per attrarre i candidati e su un processo di reclutamento semplificato sono avvantaggiate nell'attrarre i talenti rispetto a quelle che non ne dispongono (il sondaggio sui salari e sulle tendenze di reclutamento di Michael Page 2023 pu\u00f2 essere consultato all'indirizzo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.michaelpage.ch\/de\/studien-wissenswertes\/studien\/schweizer-lohn%C3%BCbersicht\">qui<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Yannick Coulange afferma: \"I leader delle PMI devono prendere in considerazione tutte le opzioni di impiego e di assunzione.
