Circa 60 donne professioniste, da assistenti a manager e imprenditrici stipendiate, provenienti da una vasta gamma di settori, hanno partecipato a questo evento formativo. Karin Jeker Weber, fondatrice dei Female Business Seminars, vuole promuovere il sostegno reciproco e la solidariet\u00e0 tra le donne in affari con questi corsi di formazione specifici. Perch\u00e9: troppe donne ben istruite stanno ancora \"scomparendo\" dall'economia - e questo nonostante le molte opportunit\u00e0 che la trasformazione digitale, per esempio, offre anche per la diversit\u00e0. In un workshop approfondito, i partecipanti hanno sviluppato metodi efficaci per raggiungere i loro obiettivi, perch\u00e9 il successo sta nella capacit\u00e0 di non mollare. E le FCZ hanno fornito l'effettivo \"apprendimento\" dello sport mettendo letteralmente in gioco il movimento.
