Sempre pi\u00f9 persone soffrono di malattie legate allo stress. Depressione da esaurimento, ansia, disturbi del sonno o disturbi psicosomatici sono spesso il risultato. Con SymBalance, un team di esperti del Kilchberg Sanatorium ha sviluppato un concetto di terapia speciale per il trattamento delle malattie legate allo stress.
