(Immagine: ALD Automotive | LeasePlan)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>ALD Automotive ha completato con successo l'acquisizione di LeasePlan, azienda leader a livello mondiale nella gestione delle flotte e della mobilit\u00e0, da parte di un consorzio guidato da TDR Capital. Questa acquisizione crea un leader globale nella mobilit\u00e0 sostenibile con una flotta gestita totale di 3,3 milioni di veicoli. Unendo le forze, ALD Automotive e LeasePlan apriranno la strada alla neutralit\u00e0 delle emissioni di carbonio e alla trasformazione digitale del settore, si legge in un comunicato. Grazie alle dimensioni e alle capacit\u00e0 complementari, l'azienda rafforzer\u00e0 ulteriormente la propria competitivit\u00e0 e raggiunger\u00e0 una crescita sostenibile. A seguito dell'acquisizione, le due organizzazioni inizieranno il processo di integrazione in un'unica societ\u00e0, previa approvazione delle autorit\u00e0 competenti.<\/p>\n<h3>Niklas Zetterlund diventa il nuovo direttore generale del Paese<\/h3>\n<p>Per guidare lo sviluppo strategico dell'entit\u00e0 combinata in Svizzera, Tim Albertsen, Amministratore delegato di ALD Automotive | LeasePlan, ha nominato Niklas Zetterlund, in precedenza Amministratore delegato di LeasePlan Svizzera, Amministratore delegato del Paese. Questa nomina condizionale ha effetto immediato. Martin K\u00f6ssler, in precedenza Direttore Generale di ALD Automotive in Austria e Svizzera e Direttore Regionale Europa Centrale, \u00e8 stato nominato Direttore Regionale del Gruppo.<\/p>\n<p>Niklas Zetterlund, svedese di nascita, \u00e8 un esperto di mobilit\u00e0 e digitalizzazione e vanta molti anni di esperienza manageriale, anche come direttore operativo di LeasePlan Svezia.
