(Foto: Thomas Berner)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Quasi 300 \"professionisti delle risorse umane\" hanno appreso le nuove tendenze in materia di HRM e il loro impatto sulla futura redditivit\u00e0 delle aziende in occasione della 13a Giornata HR della Svizzera orientale. La conferenza \u00e8 stata aperta dal presidente del \"Freie Erfa-Gruppe Personal Ostschweiz\". Abdullah Redzepi dell'Universit\u00e0 di Scienze Applicate di San Gallo e membro del comitato consultivo del programma ha introdotto l'argomento multiforme. Ha presentato alcuni risultati di un recente studio condotto dalla FHS, da cui \u00e8 emerso che molti compiti di HRM sono in realt\u00e0 di competenza dei manager di linea. In molte aziende c'\u00e8 una discrepanza nella percezione di questo aspetto.<\/p>\n<p>Manuela Broz, fondatrice di Human Ethik Label, \u00e8 stata la prima a sottolineare l'importanza di una cultura aziendale ottimale. Questo \u00e8 ci\u00f2 che promuove il raggiungimento degli obiettivi economici. Secondo Broz, si pu\u00f2 diventare leader di mercato anche attraverso l'umanit\u00e0. Purtroppo, l'etica nei rapporti con le persone non \u00e8 ancora una disciplina aziendale, ha deplorato l'oratore. Inoltre, gli strumenti e i metodi per le risorse umane non sono ancora sufficientemente utilizzati secondo il principio della significativit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Flessibilit\u00e0, personalit\u00e0, competenza sociale<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Marcel Oertig, partner e fondatore di Avenir Consulting AG, Zurigo, ha aperto la tornata di professionisti delle risorse umane. Ha usato il termine \"forza lavoro flessibile\" per concentrarsi sulla flessibilizzazione dell'impiego del personale e dei rapporti di lavoro. Nell'era della digitalizzazione, la gestione delle risorse umane sta diventando una competenza chiave per la futura redditivit\u00e0 delle aziende. Nel frattempo, Hans C. Werner, Chief Human Resources Officer di Swisscom, \u00e8 dell'opinione che solo coloro che comprendono il loro business saranno accettati come partner affidabili. (Foto: Thomas Berner)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>L'emozionante conclusione \u00e8 stata data dal futurologo Lars Thomsen, prima di una competente sintesi del rettore W\u00f6rwag dell'Universit\u00e0 di Scienze Applicate di San Gallo. Per quanto riguarda il complesso tema del \"lavoro\", ci sono attualmente otto megatrend che stanno guidando cambiamenti, sconvolgimenti e cambi di paradigma nei prossimi dieci anni: la digitalizzazione, la lotta per il talento, nuovi valori e relazioni, la condivisione della conoscenza, un maggior numero di team e task force, la fine della settimana di 40 ore e dell'orario di presenza, una pi\u00f9 chiara differenza tra management e leadership e la ridefinizione del lavoro. Per Thomsen, siamo giunti alla fine dell'ultima fase dell'era industriale. Ora, dice, \u00e8 necessario ridefinire la questione del lavoro da zero a livello politico, sociale e di new economy. \"I lavori dovranno essere rivalutati\", ha detto Thomsen. Ha parlato di come tra dieci anni probabilmente non esister\u00e0 pi\u00f9 la categorizzazione tra datore di lavoro e dipendente, ma si dovr\u00e0 piuttosto parlare di comunit\u00e0 di valori. In futuro, le aziende funzioneranno pi\u00f9 come \"club\" a cui le persone si uniscono perch\u00e9 condividono i loro valori comuni.
