Inoltre, c'\u00e8 il fastidio con la tecnologia: una persona su due sente che l'attrezzatura tecnica nel suo ufficio \u00e8 arretrata e restrittiva e deve fare i conti con grandi guasti e fastidi tre volte al giorno in media.<\/p>\n<p>Il 42% preferisce quindi lavorare con i propri computer portatili, tablet o smartphone, che sono pi\u00f9 nuovi, pi\u00f9 veloci e pi\u00f9 facili da usare rispetto alle attrezzature da ufficio. Un altro 40% degli intervistati dice di aver spesso fatto finta che un'attrezzatura di lavoro sia rotta solo per non doverla usare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La tecnologia come killer della motivazione? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nel complesso, quasi la met\u00e0 (42%) degli intervistati \u00e8 convinta che una tecnologia moderna e facile da usare sul posto di lavoro avrebbe un impatto positivo sulla loro motivazione. Il 16% crede addirittura che li farebbe sentire pi\u00f9 legati al loro datore di lavoro e che non cercherebbero un nuovo lavoro.<\/p>\n<p>Tra la generazione pi\u00f9 giovane sotto i 35 anni, che \u00e8 cresciuta con le tecnologie digitali, la percentuale era ancora leggermente pi\u00f9 alta: qui, il 49 per cento \u00e8 dell'opinione che le tecnologie pi\u00f9 moderne hanno avuto un effetto positivo sulla loro etica lavorativa. Inoltre, i nativi digitali hanno dichiarato con una frequenza superiore alla media (56%) che preferiscono lavorare con i propri dispositivi piuttosto che ricorrere alla tecnologia dell'ufficio, che viene percepita come superata.<\/p>\n<p>\"\u00c8 chiaro che le aziende devono investire molto di pi\u00f9 rispetto al passato per posizionarsi come datori di lavoro attraenti per i giovani talenti della generazione dei nativi digitali e per trattenerli a lungo termine\", afferma Alexander Hermann, Vice Presidente Information Systems Europe di Sharp.
