Un terzo delle aziende comunica lo scopo per i candidati. Le applicazioni mobili richiedono troppo tempo e la comunicazione \u00e8 troppo lenta.<br \/>\ngeneralmente meno personale e apprezzabile. (Grafico: Best Recruiters)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<div class=\"x_WordSection1\">\n<h3><span lang=\"DE-AT\">La costruzione di relazioni \u00e8 pi\u00f9 difficile<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span lang=\"DE-AT\">\"In tempi di crescente digitalizzazione e reclutamento tramite intelligenza artificiale, la costruzione di relazioni personali sta diventando particolarmente importante nella competizione per i potenziali giusti\", analizza la direttrice dello studio Agnes Koller. Rispetto all'anno precedente, tuttavia, si registra una tendenza al ribasso: solo un quarto dei datori di lavoro consente il contatto personale con i reclutatori tramite il sito web - 7 punti percentuali in meno rispetto all'anno precedente. Negli annunci di lavoro online, questo valore \u00e8 costante a 59 %. Anche le risposte alle candidature presentate sono meno personali: 62 % delle lettere contengono un mittente individuale o una persona da contattare per eventuali domande (anno precedente: 66 %). Anche l'apprezzamento \u00e8 diminuito: Mentre la maggior parte dei processi di candidatura comprende ancora CV e lettere di motivazione preparati individualmente, solo 23 % dei rifiuti riconoscono l'impegno profuso nella candidatura (anno precedente: 28 %).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span lang=\"DE-AT\">Annunci di lavoro pi\u00f9 informativi<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span lang=\"DE-AT\">Essendo spesso il primo punto di contatto tra datori di lavoro e potenziali candidati, quest'anno gli annunci di lavoro tendono a contenere informazioni pi\u00f9 rilevanti: Circa otto annunci su dieci forniscono informazioni sul tipo di impiego, come il carico di lavoro specifico o l'orario di lavoro (+9 punti percentuali). Quasi un quarto parla di modalit\u00e0 di lavoro a distanza in relazione alla posizione (pi\u00f9 10 punti percentuali). \"Per molti gruppi target, questi dettagli amministrativi sono un criterio decisivo nella scelta del lavoro. La loro comunicazione trasparente, quindi, favorisce l'autoselezione e riduce lo sforzo di reclutamento\", sottolinea Agnes Koller.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span lang=\"DE-AT\">L'applicazione mobile \u00e8 ampiamente possibile, ma richiede molto tempo.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span lang=\"DE-AT\">I siti web di carriera (99 %), i mercati del lavoro (97 %) e gli annunci di lavoro online (94 %) sono quasi universalmente ottimizzati per i dispositivi mobili. Analogamente, quasi nove datori di lavoro su dieci offrono in linea di principio un'opzione di candidatura mobile (88 %). Nella pratica, tuttavia, ci sono spesso degli ostacoli: Ad esempio, 42 % dei datori di lavoro richiedono la creazione obbligatoria di un account per l'applicazione. Un account pu\u00f2 essere vantaggioso per le candidature multiple allo stesso datore di lavoro, ma scoraggia coloro che si candidano a pi\u00f9 di un'azienda e devono tenere traccia di innumerevoli account utente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"DE-AT\">Anche l'analisi dell'ulteriore trasmissione delle domande mostra degli ostacoli: Circa un terzo dei moduli di domanda mobile prevede pi\u00f9 di 20 campi da compilare tramite smartphone. Al contrario, solo 2 % contengono cinque campi o meno.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span lang=\"DE-AT\">Trasmettere in modo autentico la realt\u00e0 del lavoro<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span lang=\"DE-AT\">Sempre pi\u00f9 persone attribuiscono importanza al fatto di trovare un significato nel proprio lavoro, di contribuire a un obiettivo generale, come mostra, ad esempio, il Barometro del lavoro 2023 di Randstad. Un terzo dei datori di lavoro l'ha gi\u00e0 capito: Comunicano lo scopo aziendale sul loro sito web dedicato alle carriere. Un quinto lo integra direttamente negli annunci di lavoro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"DE-AT\">\"I potenziali candidati vogliono anche sapere come viene svolto il lavoro quotidiano. Questo pu\u00f2 essere trasmesso in modo tangibile sotto forma di storie ed esperienze personali\", spiega la direttrice dello studio Agnes Koller. \"Le aziende pubblicizzano sempre pi\u00f9 spesso orari di lavoro flessibili, ma ognuno intende qualcosa di diverso con questo termine generico.
