(Immagine simbolo; Unsplash.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>L'inizio, il 20 maggio 2022, \u00e8 stato un rischio, perch\u00e9 gli aspiranti operatori di sostegno alle famiglie dovevano avere uno spirito pionieristico per intraprendere un corso intensivo di un anno che comportava molti sforzi e poche garanzie di impiego. 13 parenti di familiari affetti da malattie mentali per lo pi\u00f9 gravi hanno partecipato al cosiddetto corso \"EX-IN\" per parenti. EX-IN sta per \"Experienced Involvement\". Esiste gi\u00e0 un corrispondente corso di perfezionamento per persone esperte in psichiatria affette da malattie mentali. Le persone esperte che lavorano in psichiatria sono anche chiamate \"pari\".<\/p>\n<h3>La malattia mentale: La sofferenza nascosta<\/h3>\n<p>Se le malattie mentali colpiscono circa il 15-34% della popolazione svizzera, si pu\u00f2 presumere che moltissimi familiari svolgano un grande servizio in segreto, a volte senza esserne consapevoli. La formazione continua rende visibile questo enorme contributo e consente di accompagnare e sostenere altri familiari in gravi crisi su base retribuita. I gruppi di auto-aiuto per i familiari, come la VASK (Associazione dei familiari di malati mentali), fanno molto, ma da soli non bastano. Inoltre, spesso passano anni di sofferenza prima che i familiari vengano a conoscenza di un gruppo di auto-aiuto come il VASK. \u00c8 quindi necessario un maggiore sostegno su base professionale negli istituti in cui vengono curate le persone affette da malattie mentali. Il nuovo settore professionale del sostegno alle famiglie colma questa lacuna.<\/p>\n<h3>Il sostegno ai familiari come tassello importante del puzzle della psichiatria moderna<\/h3>\n<p>Tutti e 13 i diplomati hanno raggiunto un risultato enorme in 240 ore di frequenza al corso, 65 ore di tirocinio in ambienti psichiatrici, con la creazione di un portfolio, di presentazioni e di elaborati finali. Fortunatamente \u00e8 stato possibile trovare un posto di lavoro per tutti i partecipanti, che hanno completato con successo la formazione o stanno per farlo. \"Noi familiari abbiamo un ruolo importante nel processo di recupero dei nostri cari. Il nostro peso \u00e8 immenso. \u00c8 da tempo che anche noi riceviamo finalmente un sostegno\", afferma una voce del corso.<\/p>\n<p>Alcuni laureati hanno gi\u00e0 trovato lavoro, altri sono in trattativa. Grazie all'apertura di alcuni ospedali psichiatrici ai processi di recupero, sono state gettate le basi per un nuovo sviluppo in cui tutti i soggetti coinvolti si ascoltano e sostengono insieme tutto ci\u00f2 che favorisce i processi di recupero e mantiene l'ambiente sano.<\/p>\n<p>Il prossimo corso \u00e8 previsto per il 2024.
