(Grafico: Softgarden)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La firma di un contratto di lavoro non \u00e8 affatto la fine del processo: Secondo uno studio di Softgarden, una persona su dieci in cerca di lavoro ha firmato un contratto di lavoro ma poi non ha accettato l'impiego. Inoltre, ci sono anche i 21,0% dipendenti che si licenziano di nuovo entro 100 giorni. Softgarden ha ora dimostrato con il suo studio \"Candidate Experience 2023\" che questa percentuale \u00e8 raddoppiata. Sono stati intervistati 3.811 candidati. Softgarden si dichiara leader nella tecnologia HR in Europa ed \u00e8 stata riconosciuta nel Fosway 9-Grid\u2122 Recruiting Report 2022 e 2023 come uno dei migliori fornitori di suite per l'acquisizione di talenti in Europa.<\/p>\n<p>Lo studio sull'esperienza dei candidati \u00e8 stato pubblicato in due parti. La prima parte \u00e8 stata pubblicata nel giugno 2023 con il tema: la ricerca di lavoro, i media dei datori di lavoro e il processo di candidatura. La seconda parte si concentra sulla fase di onboarding, sulle emozioni della candidatura e sul colloquio di lavoro.<\/p>\n<h3>Ghosting sul posto di lavoro<\/h3>\n<p>Il \"ghosting\" \u00e8 un fenomeno che sentiamo sempre pi\u00f9 spesso quando i candidati o le persone in cerca di lavoro firmano il contratto ma poi non si presentano al lavoro (4.2%). Questa situazione porta a un problema strutturale nell'azienda o con il datore di lavoro. Ora \u00e8 il datore di lavoro a dover convincere la persona in cerca di lavoro e non il contrario. L'integrazione dei nuovi dipendenti diventa rapidamente una sfida. Il 6,0% degli intervistati ha gi\u00e0 rescisso il contratto di lavoro firmato prima di accettare il lavoro. \"Un'offerta di lavoro migliore\" \u00e8 stata la ragione pi\u00f9 importante per la risoluzione, con il 41,3%.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Avete mai lasciato il vostro lavoro durante i primi 100 giorni? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Nel 2018, gli intervistati hanno risposto \"s\u00ec\" a questa domanda per 11,6% e nel 2023 \u00e8 stata osservata una tendenza preoccupante: Nel 2023, infatti, gli intervistati hanno risposto \"s\u00ec\" alla stessa domanda con il 21,0%. Softgarden ha descritto i primi mesi come un \"periodo di prova per i datori di lavoro\". Il 15,7% \u00e8 stato sul punto di abbandonare il nuovo lavoro. Il problema \u00e8 la fase di onboarding. Per le persone con un diploma di scuola elementare (Hauptschule o Realschule), la percentuale di coloro che hanno gi\u00e0 abbandonato il lavoro nei primi 100 giorni \u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 alta rispetto agli accademici, con 30,8%. Qui \u00e8 di 16,8%.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Quali sono i motivi per cui si lascia il lavoro prima del tempo? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La maggioranza ha citato tre fattori sull'argomento:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>La differenza tra le promesse della fase di candidatura e la realt\u00e0 lavorativa (70.5%)<\/li>\n<li>Manager incompetenti (71,3% per le donne) e (63,2% uomini)<\/li>\n<li>Mancanza di un piano durante l'induzione (60,3% per le donne) e (54,0% uomini)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Sulla base dei risultati dello studio, Kiril Mankovski, amministratore delegato di Softgarden, ritiene che l'onboarding debba essere migliorato e che i datori di lavoro debbano essere pi\u00f9 strutturati nel sostenere i dipendenti durante la fase di integrazione.<\/p>\n<p><em>Fonte: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.softgarden.com\">Softgarden<\/a>.
