Labs AG, gestore dell'app per lo shopping Bring! Ogni anno, l'azienda svizzera analizza il comportamento di acquisto dei consumatori svizzeri sulla base di liste di spesa anonime dell'app Bring! e di un sondaggio tra i suoi utenti.<\/p>\r\n<p>Le offerte giocano un ruolo sempre pi\u00f9 importante nella pianificazione degli acquisti, dalla scelta dei marchi e dei prodotti (46%) alla scelta del negozio (42%). Gli svizzeri si informano digitalmente sulle offerte in corso; quasi uno su due (49%) utilizza app, siti web o newsletter di offerte per pianificare i propri acquisti. Ma anche altri fattori, oltre al prezzo, hanno un'influenza sul comportamento d'acquisto a lungo termine: per esempio, il tema dei rifiuti zero (31%) \u00e8 emerso per la prima volta come un fattore importante.<\/p>\r\n<h3>L'80% presta attenzione al prezzo<\/h3>\r\n<p>Una tendenza continua: gli svizzeri guardano sempre pi\u00f9 al denaro quando pianificano i loro acquisti. Attualmente, l'80% presta attenzione ai prezzi dei prodotti quando fa acquisti. Anche le offerte attuali stanno diventando sempre pi\u00f9 importanti: se nel 2022 erano molto importanti per il 36%, nel 2023 questa cifra \u00e8 aumentata di nuovo in modo significativo fino al 46% e comprende quindi quasi la met\u00e0 degli svizzeri. Questo sviluppo \u00e8 certamente dovuto al forte aumento dei prezzi dei beni di consumo a causa dell'inflazione. Quasi la met\u00e0 dei consumatori (46%) sceglie determinati marchi e prodotti anche in base alle offerte e alle promozioni in corso; il 42% sceglie addirittura il negozio in cui fare acquisti su questa base.<\/p>\r\n<p>Per risparmiare, gli svizzeri preparano bene i loro acquisti: Per quasi uno su tre (31%), lo studio approfondito degli opuscoli pubblicitari \u00e8 parte integrante della pianificazione settimanale. Sempre pi\u00f9 persone utilizzano le opzioni digitali. Circa la met\u00e0 (49%) degli intervistati ha dichiarato di informarsi su offerte e promozioni speciali online, tramite applicazioni per brochure, social media, newsletter o siti web speciali. Per tre quarti (75%) degli intervistati, i formati digitali hanno un chiaro vantaggio: sono sempre a portata di mano grazie allo smartphone e possono quindi essere consultati anche in viaggio.<\/p>\r\n<p>Per il 45%, anche l'aspetto ecologico gioca un ruolo nella scelta delle dispense digitali.
