(Immagine: unsplash.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>I \"Campioni del servizio in Svizzera\" sono determinati esclusivamente attraverso le valutazioni dei clienti e si basano sulla domanda chiave se i clienti hanno ricevuto un ottimo servizio dalle aziende e dai fornitori da esaminare negli ultimi tre anni. Utilizzando il Service Experience Score (SES), scientificamente affidabile, le valutazioni dei clienti vengono tradotte in percentuali di gradimento e quindi trasformate in una variabile misurabile e confrontabile tra aziende e settori. Da un lato, vengono premiate le aziende con un SES nettamente superiore alla media: sono elencate in oro, argento o bronzo in tutti i settori. Dall'altro lato, le aziende con il SES pi\u00f9 elevato all'interno del rispettivo settore vengono scelte come vincitrici del settore. L'indagine si svolge senza la partecipazione delle aziende valutate.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>I vincitori del settore pi\u00f9 quotati con classifica d'oro<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Il primo posto nella classifica generale di tutte le 650 aziende \u00e8 stato difeso anche quest'anno da Ochsner Sport, seguita da Orell F\u00fcssli e Manor. Accor, St\u00f6ckli, Loeb, Swiss Quality Hotels, Kempinski, Z\u00fcricher Kantonalbank (ZKB) e Samsung completano la classifica delle 10 migliori.
