(Immagine: Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La quota crescente di lavoro da remoto ha portato alla necessit\u00e0 per le aziende di continuare a riprogettare radicalmente la tecnologia del luogo di lavoro nel 2023 per consentire il lavoro ibrido, aumentare la produttivit\u00e0 dei dipendenti e ridurre i costi. Oltre a soddisfare le esigenze dei dipendenti, le aziende devono anche affrontare le sfide del mercato del lavoro, come il turnover dei dipendenti e la carenza di personale, oltre all'incombente recessione economica.<\/p>\n<h3>Software spesso obsoleto in uso<\/h3>\n<p>L'indagine di Zendesk mostra che molte aziende stanno ancora lottando per rendere i loro luoghi di lavoro flessibili e digitali come richiedono le modalit\u00e0 di lavoro ibride. L'84 % dei professionisti dell'EX concorda sul fatto che migliorare il supporto per i dipendenti che lavorano da remoto, in modalit\u00e0 ibrida o in sede \u00e8 una priorit\u00e0 assoluta per la loro organizzazione. Oltre la met\u00e0 (52 %) dei dipendenti dichiara che il software relativo al proprio EX \u00e8 obsoleto e non \u00e8 di facile utilizzo. Quasi il 30 % degli intervistati ammette di non sapere nemmeno come contattare i dipartimenti interni della propria azienda, come le risorse umane, l'ufficio legale o l'IT.
