Allo stesso tempo, il 23% desidera poter parlare con una persona reale in una fase successiva del processo di candidatura; per il 12%, ci\u00f2 non sarebbe assolutamente necessario. Un altro terzo degli intervistati (32%) \u00e8 piuttosto negativo nei confronti di un colloquio con un'intelligenza artificiale, ma prenderebbe in considerazione tale colloquio se non ci fossero alternative. Il 34% dei professionisti esclude categoricamente un colloquio con un'intelligenza artificiale.<\/p>\n<p>Con il 39%, l'apertura a un colloquio di lavoro tramite chatbot AI \u00e8 significativamente pi\u00f9 alta tra gli uomini che tra le donne, con il 31%. Se si differenzia in base all'et\u00e0, la disponibilit\u00e0 \u00e8 maggiore tra i Millennials (dai 27 ai 42 anni) con il 43%. Seguono la Generazione Z (18-26 anni) con il 36%, la Generazione X (43-58 anni) con il 31% e infine i Baby Boomers (59-65 anni) con il 21%. I professionisti che occupano posizioni manageriali sono pi\u00f9 aperti a un colloquio di lavoro tramite chatbot AI (39%) rispetto ai dipendenti che non occupano posizioni manageriali (32%).<\/p>\n<p>Ci sono anche differenze tra i settori. Esistono anche differenze tra i settori. Ad esempio, la disponibilit\u00e0 generale a fare colloqui tramite un chatbot AI \u00e8 pi\u00f9 bassa nel settore dei servizi sanitari e sociali, con il 26%. I professionisti del settore IT, consulenza e comunicazione sono i pi\u00f9 ricettivi all'idea, con il 49%.<\/p>\n<p>Sandra Bascha, responsabile della comunicazione di XING per la Svizzera, afferma: \"Una percentuale considerevole di professionisti svizzeri sembra avere poche riserve sul tema dell'IA nel processo di candidatura. Questa apertura pu\u00f2 durare solo se i processi basati sull'IA sono percepiti come equi dai candidati. Pertanto, l'uso dell'IA deve essere trasparente. E nonostante l'apertura nei confronti dell'IA, non bisogna dimenticare che il colloquio personale \u00e8 ancora una parte indispensabile del processo per la stragrande maggioranza delle persone in cerca di lavoro\".<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Un terzo ha gi\u00e0 utilizzato l'intelligenza artificiale per candidarsi al lavoro<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Il 32% dei professionisti che si sono candidati per un nuovo lavoro negli ultimi due anni ha ammesso di aver utilizzato consapevolmente l'IA per la propria candidatura. L'IA \u00e8 stata utilizzata principalmente per scrivere documenti di candidatura come CV o lettere di presentazione (20%). L'11% ha utilizzato l'IA per raccogliere informazioni sul datore di lavoro e l'8% per prepararsi a un colloquio.<\/p>\n<p>Con il 38%, gli uomini hanno utilizzato l'IA nel processo di candidatura molto pi\u00f9 spesso delle donne (25%). Se consideriamo le fasce d'et\u00e0, sono i millennial (dai 27 ai 42 anni) che, con il 42%, sono stati pi\u00f9 spesso supportati dall'IA nel processo di candidatura. Per i Baby Boomers (59-65 anni), invece, la percentuale \u00e8 solo del 13%.<\/p>\n<p>Esistono differenze regionali, cos\u00ec come esistono differenze professionali: Con il 40%, gli abitanti della Svizzera francese hanno utilizzato l'IA per le loro applicazioni molto pi\u00f9 frequentemente rispetto agli abitanti della Svizzera tedesca (29%). I professionisti che ricoprono posizioni manageriali hanno utilizzato l'IA per le loro applicazioni con maggiore frequenza (44%) rispetto alle persone che non ricoprono posizioni manageriali (26%). L'utilizzo meno diffuso dell'IA per le applicazioni lavorative \u00e8 nel settore della sanit\u00e0 e dei servizi sociali (22%) e in quello dei trasporti, del turismo e della ristorazione (23%). Il settore in testa \u00e8 quello dell'informatica, della consulenza e delle comunicazioni. Qui il 44% si \u00e8 gi\u00e0 fatto aiutare dall'IA per la propria candidatura.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Aumentare le proprie prestazioni attraverso l'IA: molti prevedono vantaggi personali<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Alla domanda su chi trarr\u00e0 i maggiori benefici dall'aumento della produttivit\u00e0 grazie all'IA, il 34% dei professionisti prevede che dipendenti e datori di lavoro ne beneficeranno nella stessa misura. Il 28% ritiene che sar\u00e0 il proprio datore di lavoro a trarre i maggiori benefici, mentre il 13% vede i vantaggi soprattutto in se stesso. Per il restante 25% \u00e8 praticamente inconcepibile la possibilit\u00e0 di svolgere il proprio lavoro in modo pi\u00f9 rapido e semplice in futuro grazie all'IA.<\/p>\n<p>I professionisti del settore dell'industria e della gestione dei rifiuti sono particolarmente preoccupati che il datore di lavoro possa trarre vantaggi unilaterali se i compiti possono essere svolti pi\u00f9 facilmente e rapidamente grazie all'IA (41%).
