Ora, per\u00f2, il fatturato della met\u00e0 dei negozi online intervistati \u00e8 diminuito nel 2022 rispetto all'anno precedente ed \u00e8 allo stesso livello di prima della pandemia. Per l'altra met\u00e0, la crescita continua, anche se a un ritmo pi\u00f9 lento. L'87% degli intervistati condivide la valutazione che il sentimento dei consumatori si \u00e8 deteriorato, tra l'altro a causa della guerra in Ucraina e della paura di una recessione. Due terzi ritengono che la concorrenza nel commercio online sia aumentata. \"Dal sondaggio emerge anche che i rivenditori online ipotizzano una riduzione del potere d'acquisto a causa dell'inflazione. I clienti spendono i loro soldi altrove, ad esempio per viaggi ed eventi. L'uso pi\u00f9 comune dell'intelligenza artificiale o della chat GPT \u00e8 la creazione di testi per il negozio online e l'ottimizzazione per i motori di ricerca. Anche le raccomandazioni automatiche di prodotti e offerte sono utilizzate di frequente.<\/p>\n<p>L'intelligenza artificiale con i chatbot svolge un ruolo importante nel servizio clienti. Ben il 15% dei rivenditori online intervistati \u00e8 convinto che ci\u00f2 migliorer\u00e0 ulteriormente la personalizzazione del negozio online. \"L'intelligenza artificiale non solo pu\u00f2 ottimizzare l'attivit\u00e0 dei rivenditori online, ma offre anche un valore aggiunto ai clienti. Ad esempio, i vestiti o le scarpe possono essere provati virtualmente grazie alla realt\u00e0 aumentata\", afferma Zumstein. Immagine 3<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mercato competitivo e carenza di lavoratori qualificati<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le maggiori sfide dell'e-commerce risiedono nei mercati competitivi, nella crescente complessit\u00e0 e nei costi elevati del marketing con budget limitati. La met\u00e0 delle aziende di e-commerce intervistate non dispone di personale qualificato e di conoscenze specialistiche. Tra i rivenditori online svizzeri, il pagamento tramite TWINT \u00e8 diventato pi\u00f9 importante delle vendite in conto vendita, diventando il secondo metodo di pagamento pi\u00f9 importante dopo la carta di credito. Anche Apple Pay e Google Pay stanno crescendo rapidamente, ma a un livello basso.
