Una prova sufficiente che il tema dell'HR Day della Svizzera orientale di quest'anno ha suscitato l'interesse dei professionisti delle risorse umane: \"Quando il personale manca e il lavoro resta. Lo sviluppo del personale in primo piano\". Molte aziende devono ancora recuperare terreno quando si tratta di trattenere e sviluppare i dipendenti esistenti. (Immagine: www.personaltag.ch)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Nella prima presentazione, Kai Berendes, esperto di gestione strategica delle risorse umane, ha affermato che il divario tra i livelli di personale e le esigenze di personale \u00e8 troppo poco riconosciuto nelle organizzazioni. Le dinamiche aziendali, i nuovi modelli di business, l'attenzione a nuovi temi come la digitalizzazione e la sostenibilit\u00e0 e le dinamiche delle risorse umane non tengono abbastanza il passo. \u00c8 quindi consigliabile affrontare la progettazione della strategia aziendale e la pianificazione della forza lavoro come processi strettamente collegati. Ha aggiunto che \u00e8 necessario un nuovo tipo di leadership. Ha auspicato una \"leadership di nuova generazione\" che si basi meno sulle gerarchie e pi\u00f9 sulle reti, che si concentri meno sui compiti e sui risultati e pi\u00f9 sulle emozioni e sull'ispirazione. La leadership deve essere meno \"da davanti\" e pi\u00f9 \"da dietro\". Il gruppo sanitario e logistico Galenica AG, invece, \u00e8 nel mezzo di un processo di trasformazione dalla leadership patriarcale alla servant leadership. Grazie alla \"neuroplasticit\u00e0\" del nostro cervello, esso \"non pu\u00f2 non imparare\".
