Secondo l'Ufficio federale di statistica, tra il 1991 e il 2022 l'et\u00e0 media della forza lavoro \u00e8 aumentata da 39 a 42 anni. Nel 2022, circa 33% della forza lavoro svizzera avr\u00e0 un'et\u00e0 compresa tra i 40 e i 54 anni, rappresentando la quota maggiore della forza lavoro. Il tasso di partecipazione alla forza lavoro della popolazione \u00e8 significativamente influenzato dai cambiamenti demografici. Entro il 2050, si prevede che il tasso di partecipazione alla forza lavoro diminuir\u00e0 di 5,6 %, passando da 68,3% a 62,7%. Allo stesso tempo, il numero di persone di 65 anni e pi\u00f9 per 100 lavoratori di et\u00e0 compresa tra 20 e 64 anni aumenta da 35,6% a 53,3%. Nei restanti 34% di casi, i dipartimenti responsabili della generazione pi\u00f9 anziana sono tipicamente il dipartimento HR (40%), la direzione (14%) e il dipartimento di gestione della salute aziendale (11%).<\/p>\n<p>Alla domanda sulle offerte specifiche per i lavoratori over 50, le aziende hanno indicato che l'attenzione si concentra prevalentemente sull'\"adattamento delle condizioni e dei modelli di lavoro\", sulle offerte di prepensionamento e sul sostegno agli esuberi. Attualmente, le esigenze degli over 50 non vengono prese in considerazione e, se lo sono, \u00e8 pi\u00f9 probabile che vengano investite nel ridimensionamento e nella riduzione dell'orario di lavoro piuttosto che in misure di gestione dei talenti e delle carriere.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Identificare le sfide<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Lo studio ha individuato una serie di preoccupazioni della forza lavoro d'argento: al primo posto la \"salute\", seguita da \"occupabilit\u00e0\", \"pensionamento anticipato\" e \"adeguamento delle condizioni di lavoro\". Sono state inoltre menzionate come particolarmente rilevanti questioni come la \"mancanza di apprezzamento\", la \"paura del licenziamento anticipato\" e la \"discriminazione per et\u00e0\".<\/p>\n<p>\"Alla luce dei risultati dello studio, per il futuro dei mercati del lavoro \u00e8 non solo ragionevole, ma essenziale affrontare in modo intensivo le sfide e le opportunit\u00e0 dell'invecchiamento della forza lavoro. Quanto pi\u00f9 a lungo i dipendenti pi\u00f9 anziani possono essere mantenuti in azienda, tanto prima si potr\u00e0 contrastare la carenza di manodopera.
