Le persone che appaiono sicure di s\u00e9, intelligenti, carismatiche, interessanti e politicamente esperte hanno di solito maggiori probabilit\u00e0 di essere promosse. Tuttavia, una volta raggiunte le posizioni di comando, questi individui possono prendere decisioni egoistiche, fare azzardi rischiosi e, di conseguenza, portare caos e rovina nelle loro organizzazioni. Fortunatamente, come CEO, potete imparare a reagire meglio ai fallimenti: Sviluppare la fiducia in se stessi, cercare feedback da persone fidate e adottare nuove strategie per affrontare le battute d'arresto pu\u00f2 aiutare a gestire meglio i fallimenti in futuro.<\/p>\n<h3>Mito n. 3: gli amministratori delegati sono esseri sovrannaturali<\/h3>\n<p>\"I migliori CEO tendono a essere caratterizzati da quattro tratti, tutti in grado di creare fiducia e lealt\u00e0, e nessuno di questi tratti ha a che fare con poteri soprannaturali\", spiega Jackie Sahm. \"Dimostrano buon senso, integrit\u00e0, credibilit\u00e0 e sostegno\".
