(Immagine: www.pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3><strong>La sostenibilit\u00e0 non \u00e8 una priorit\u00e0 strategica \u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La SSIS mostra che solo un terzo delle aziende di software svizzere considera la sostenibilit\u00e0 una priorit\u00e0 strategica. Ci\u00f2 si manifesta nel sostegno di progetti sostenibili e nell'integrazione degli aspetti della sostenibilit\u00e0 nella strategia aziendale. Tre quarti delle aziende di software sviluppano inoltre soluzioni tecniche utilizzabili a lungo termine, flessibili ed espandibili: Il riutilizzo del codice, i test continui e la standardizzazione degli strumenti sono pratiche comuni.<\/p>\n<p>Tuttavia, solo poche aziende hanno definito obiettivi e metodi di misurazione chiari per la sostenibilit\u00e0, il che lascia spazio a miglioramenti. Swico osserva invece che l'industria della ferramenta sta investendo molto nella documentazione e nella rendicontazione della sostenibilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Poca pressione da parte delle normative <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Il principale stimolo per l'introduzione di misure di sostenibilit\u00e0 nell'industria svizzera del software proviene esclusivamente dai clienti. Sempre pi\u00f9 clienti richiedono certificati di sostenibilit\u00e0, senza i quali non vengono assegnati contratti. Le autorit\u00e0 di regolamentazione, i mercati di esportazione e altre organizzazioni, invece, hanno un'influenza limitata o nulla sulla sostenibilit\u00e0 delle aziende di software svizzere. Non c'\u00e8 ancora alcuna pressione da questo lato.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Sostenibilit\u00e0 nella competizione per le risorse <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le aziende hanno bisogno di tempo e risorse per sviluppare misure sostenibili a lungo termine e integrarle nelle loro attivit\u00e0. Queste risorse sono in competizione con altre priorit\u00e0 aziendali. Lo studio afferma che le aziende vogliono metriche significative. Senza metriche chiare, \u00e8 difficile monitorare in modo trasparente il successo o il fallimento delle iniziative di sostenibilit\u00e0 e quantificare l'impatto sull'azienda e sull'ambiente, sostengono i membri di Swico.<\/p>\n<p>In termini di fatturato, crescita e redditivit\u00e0, le aziende svizzere di software sono positive per il futuro, nonostante la crescente pressione sui margini.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>L'industria del software continua a crescere <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Secondo l'ultimo studio, le aspettative di crescita rimangono positive. Le aziende di software svizzere prevedono un aumento del fatturato di 10 % nel 2023 e di 10,2% nel 2024. D'altra parte, la pressione sul margine sta aumentando. A differenza degli anni precedenti, per la prima volta il margine \u00e8 di nuovo inferiore al dieci per cento (8,8 %).<\/p>\n<p>La redditivit\u00e0 (margine EBIT) di 9,4 % nel 2021 \u00e8 leggermente diminuita a 8,8 %. Il margine EBITDA per lo stesso periodo \u00e8 di 9,9 % (-1,4 %). Le differenze maggiori si registrano nei fornitori di tecnologia e servizi. Il tasso di turnover dei dipendenti del settore rimane relativamente stabile, con una media di 10,4 % ed \u00e8 inferiore di 0,4 punti percentuali rispetto all'anno precedente.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Modelli di fatturazione in crescita<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Il modello di fatturazione pi\u00f9 importante per i produttori di software standard \u00e8 la fatturazione in base al consumo. Ci\u00f2 non sorprende, vista la crescente importanza delle soluzioni di servizio basate sul cloud. I trendsetter sono i grandi fornitori di software, che da tempo promuovono il modello di fatturazione \"as a service\".<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Le attivit\u00e0 di esportazione aumentano leggermente<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Rispetto al 2021, la quota di fatturato generata all'estero \u00e8 aumentata da 6,1 % a 7 %. Tuttavia, la quota internazionale del fatturato totale rimane bassa. Come negli anni precedenti, la Germania \u00e8 il mercato di esportazione pi\u00f9 importante. Il settore pubblico continua a rivestire la massima importanza a livello nazionale. Nel 2022, l'industria svizzera del software ha generato 22,5 % del suo fatturato con ordini provenienti dal settore pubblico.
