Nell'ambito dello studio \"Employer Branding Study 2023\", condotto in collaborazione tra la ZHAW e JobCloud, sono state interpellate aziende di ogni dimensione e settore in merito all'employer branding e alla carenza di manodopera qualificata. Lo studio conferma che il 56 % dei datori di lavoro in Svizzera \u00e8 interessato da una carenza di personale qualificato. La carenza di personale qualificato \u00e8 particolarmente pronunciata tra le grandi aziende, mentre le piccole imprese ne soffrono leggermente meno. \"L'acuta carenza di manodopera qualificata porta spesso a una vera e propria \"guerra per i talenti\" tra i datori di lavoro per raggiungere i dipendenti qualificati sul mercato\", afferma Davide Villa, CEO di JobCloud.<\/p>\n<p>Lo studio mostra anche che la carenza di manodopera qualificata in Svizzera ha conseguenze di vasta portata sul reclutamento dei dipendenti. Se un posto vacante non pu\u00f2 essere occupato dopo una lunga ricerca, il 59% delle aziende prolunga il processo di ricerca. Anche l'assunzione di un candidato di compromesso \u00e8 un'alternativa per 34% delle aziende. Circa un quarto delle aziende conferisce un mandato di ricerca a intermediari esterni o riduce i propri requisiti nel profilo professionale. Circa un'azienda su cinque (21%) decide addirittura di non occupare affatto il posto vacante o di esternalizzare la funzione ricercata all'estero o a societ\u00e0 terze.<\/p>\n<p>Le aziende intervistate attribuiscono le difficolt\u00e0 di assunzione a diversi fattori. Le cause principali sono la mancanza di candidati qualificati e di competenze (35%), la situazione generale del mercato del lavoro (27%) e le elevate aspettative salariali dei candidati (22%). Anche gli orari di lavoro flessibili (17%), le condizioni interessanti (15%) e i benefit aggiuntivi (10%) svolgono un ruolo importante. \"Un approccio particolarmente efficace per affrontare la carenza di lavoratori qualificati \u00e8 quello di utilizzare gli attuali dipendenti come ambasciatori per avvicinare direttamente e in modo proattivo i potenziali candidati\", afferma il dottor Adis Merdzanovic, docente del dipartimento di Comunicazione e Branding dell'Istituto di Marketing Management della ZHAW.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>I portali online come supporto al branding dei datori di lavoro<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Lo studio dimostra che, oltre ai social network e ai contatti personali, i portali online sono anche un canale importante per rafforzare il proprio employer brand, in quanto sono utilizzati da oltre 40% dei partecipanti allo studio per l'employer branding. \"In qualit\u00e0 di fornitore nel mercato del reclutamento digitale in Svizzera, JobCloud ha molte offerte per i clienti per presentarsi ai potenziali candidati con un forte marchio del datore di lavoro, come i profili dei datori di lavoro sui portali del lavoro jobs.ch o jobup.ch\", afferma Davide Villa.<\/p>\n<p>Nell'ambito dell'\"Employer Branding Study 2023\", \u00e8 stato chiesto alle aziende quali misure adottano per trattenere i dipendenti in azienda nel lungo periodo. Le misure pi\u00f9 citate sono state orari di lavoro pi\u00f9 flessibili (43%), aumenti di stipendio e opportunit\u00e0 di formazione aggiuntive (37%). Solo il 6% non ha intrapreso alcuna misura di fidelizzazione. \"Per aumentare la fedelt\u00e0 dei dipendenti, \u00e8 fondamentale promuovere un forte senso di identificazione con l'azienda, ad esempio attraverso una chiara cultura aziendale, valori condivisi e un'atmosfera di lavoro piacevole.
