Con il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/de\/operational-excellence\/2023-03-30\/chatgpt-im-einsatz-fuer-kundenservice\/\">Primavera 2023<\/a> progetto pilota, i clienti possono facilmente inserire le loro domande e i loro dubbi direttamente tramite il sito web. L'utilizzo \u00e8 ancora concepito come esplorativo, nel senso di un processo di apprendimento. Grazie al feedback degli utenti, Clara viene costantemente sviluppata. Il servizio clienti \u00e8 disponibile in tedesco, francese, italiano, inglese e altre lingue.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Il pi\u00f9 importante canale self-service di Helvetia<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L'assistente digitale Clara consente ai clienti di porre facilmente una domanda o descrivere un problema. Il servizio \u00e8 stato progettato per essere a bassa soglia e funziona senza registrazione. Il numero di utenti dal lancio della fase di test nella primavera del 2023 dimostra che questo servizio \u00e8 stato ben accolto. I dati vengono gestiti ed elaborati in conformit\u00e0 con i pi\u00f9 elevati standard di sicurezza e con la nuova legge svizzera sulla protezione dei dati (LPD), in vigore dal 1\u00b0 settembre 2023. Ad esempio, gli utenti sono informati del fatto che Clara pu\u00f2 anche dare risposte errate perch\u00e9 generate dall'intelligenza artificiale. Il fatto che Clara acceda solo a fonti verificate quando risponde alle domande dei clienti significa che il rischio di informazioni errate \u00e8 basso, ma Helvetia consiglia di contattare il centro di assistenza clienti o di utilizzare opzioni di contatto alternative se qualcosa non \u00e8 chiaro. Gli utenti possono anche valutare le risposte di Clara. In questo modo, contribuiscono a migliorare costantemente Clara.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>L'IA si \u00e8 affermata da tempo presso Helvetia<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Helvetia utilizza l'intelligenza artificiale gi\u00e0 da diversi anni in numerose applicazioni come l'elaborazione dei sinistri, il rilevamento delle frodi, la sottoscrizione e il marketing.
