(Immagine: www.unsplash.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3><strong>Il nuovo lavoro \u00e8 fallito<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L'analisi dei media su cui si basa questo studio traccia un quadro sconfortante dell'attuale mondo del lavoro. Che si tratti di soddisfazione sul lavoro, fedelt\u00e0 al datore di lavoro o salute mentale, tutti questi aspetti sono ai minimi storici.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ribellione contro le cattive condizioni di lavoro<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Durante i dodici mesi di indagine di questo studio, il panorama mediatico tedesco e inglese \u00e8 stato analizzato con l'aiuto di FirstSignals per quanto riguarda i termini rilevanti relativi al mondo del lavoro. \"Great Resignation\" e \"Big Quit\" guidano la lista dei termini di tendenza. Sono sovrarappresentati in 30.817 articoli online nei Paesi di lingua tedesca e inglese e simboleggiano l'insoddisfazione delle persone per le condizioni prevalenti nel mondo del lavoro. La conseguenza: il 40% dei dipendenti di tutto il mondo vuole lasciare il proprio lavoro nel prossimo futuro (World Economic Forum 2023).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Nuovi termini per il nuovo mondo del lavoro<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L'esplosione dei mercati del lavoro si riflette in numerosi nuovi termini che sono stati registrati in questo studio e contati in termini di diffusione mediatica. Quanto pi\u00f9 frequentemente vengono citati, tanto maggiore \u00e8 la loro rilevanza come indicatori di tendenza. Quattro tendenze future danno impulso a una trasformazione positiva.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Economia della passione: alla ricerca di un lavoro significativo, le persone orientano sempre pi\u00f9 la propria carriera verso i propri valori, talenti individuali e passioni. Questo fa s\u00ec che il lavoro autonomo in proprio o nelle ONG sia attraente per un numero sempre maggiore di persone. Per le aziende, questo significa una maggiore concorrenza per i migliori talenti.<\/li>\n<li>Polywork: part-time, settimana di quattro giorni, ferie retribuite, me work, job sharing, workation. Le strutture lavorative stanno diventando sempre pi\u00f9 diversificate. Se volete rimanere attraenti come datori di lavoro, dovete facilitare questa diversit\u00e0.<\/li>\n<li>Job crafting: il termine si riferisce alla possibilit\u00e0 di consentire alle persone di organizzare il proprio lavoro in base alle proprie esigenze individuali. Insieme a una migliore retribuzione, ci\u00f2 aumenta l'attrattiva delle professioni che presentano i maggiori problemi e carenze: assistenza, sanit\u00e0, istruzione e fornitura.<\/li>\n<li>Nuova leadership: un mondo del lavoro migliore richiede uno stile di leadership migliore. Oggi la leadership carismatica \u00e8 considerata \"leadership tossica\". Una nuova leadership, invece, significa rinunciare al potere, offrire sostegno e trasferire le responsabilit\u00e0.
