Oltre 60% valutano positivamente la qualit\u00e0 di questo feedback. La situazione \u00e8 diversa quando si tratta di recepire il feedback: In particolare, solo una minoranza valuta positivamente il trasferimento del feedback in miglioramenti.<\/p>\n<p>\"Quanto \u00e8 importante per la sua soddisfazione nei confronti di un datore di lavoro che la sua opinione venga regolarmente ascoltata?\". Due terzi dei dipendenti del settore privato hanno risposto \"molto importante\" o \"importante\". Tuttavia, tre dipendenti su dieci non hanno mai avuto l'opportunit\u00e0 di fornire un feedback sistematico al proprio datore di lavoro.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Privilegiare il feedback ai datori di lavoro<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L'aspetto pi\u00f9 importante per ottenere un feedback dai datori di lavoro dal punto di vista dei dipendenti (settore privato): Il feedback dei dipendenti dovrebbe portare a miglioramenti visibili nell'ambiente di lavoro immediato (percentuale di 61% che hanno menzionato \"Molto importante\" o \"Importante\"). L'\"impatto visibile sull'organizzazione\" \u00e8 considerato (molto) importante da 48%.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Accogliere il feedback: Deficit di implementazione nella pratica<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In pratica, solo una minoranza dei dipendenti del settore privato \u00e8 soddisfatta del modo in cui i datori di lavoro raccolgono i feedback. In realt\u00e0, gli aspetti attuativi \"Impatto riconoscibile sull'azienda\" (34% \"Fortemente d'accordo\" e \"Fortemente d'accordo\") e \"Miglioramento dell'ambiente di lavoro immediato\" (37%) sono percepiti come particolarmente deboli.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Dare un feedback: ampiamente soddisfatti<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ricevere un feedback regolare sul proprio lavoro da parte dei datori di lavoro \u00e8 (molto) importante per 59% dei dipendenti del settore privato in termini di soddisfazione nei confronti del proprio datore di lavoro. Uno sguardo alle pratiche dei datori di lavoro rivela una valutazione molto pi\u00f9 favorevole di questo aspetto del feedback. Nelle categorie \"equilibrio del feedback\", \"vicinanza all'occasione\", \"concretezza\" e \"praticabilit\u00e0\", oltre 60% degli intervistati hanno valutato la qualit\u00e0 del feedback come buona.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Prendere sul serio i manager di livello inferiore<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\"I processi di feedback, in quanto rituali di raccolta di dati insignificanti, sono in gran parte inutili.
