Uno stipendio pi\u00f9 alto (74% di accordo) e una maggiore libert\u00e0 nell'organizzazione della giornata lavorativa (70% di accordo) sono fattori che attraggono i professionisti a cambiare lavoro. Ma quali sono i motivi che li spingono a rimanere con il loro datore di lavoro? La piattaforma di lavoro online StepStone, che appartiene al gruppo Axel Springer, ha scoperto in uno studio condotto su oltre 20.000 professionisti e manager che questi fattori sono talvolta molto diversi dalle richieste di un nuovo lavoro. Ecco i cinque motivi pi\u00f9 importanti per cui i professionisti mantengono il proprio lavoro.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Top 1: Un buon rapporto con i colleghi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>I professionisti spesso trascorrono pi\u00f9 tempo con i colleghi che con le loro famiglie. Non c'\u00e8 da stupirsi che il buon rapporto con i colleghi sia il motivo pi\u00f9 spesso citato per rimanere con l'attuale datore di lavoro. L'85% dei professionisti intervistati concorda con questa affermazione. I giovani talenti che hanno un massimo di tre anni di esperienza professionale considerano ancora pi\u00f9 importante un buon rapporto con i colleghi (89%).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Top 2: Apprezzamento del lavoro<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Coloro che ricevono riconoscimenti ed elogi per il loro lavoro di solito decidono di rimanere fedeli al proprio datore di lavoro. Lo afferma l'83% dei professionisti e dei giovani professionisti intervistati. Un segnale chiaro per il personale dirigente: per legare i dipendenti all'azienda a lungo termine, i dirigenti dovrebbero integrare i segni di riconoscimento anche nella vita professionale quotidiana. Aumenti di stipendio, promozioni o eventi di gruppo possono avere effetti positivi, ma spesso basta una parola gentile per segnalare l'apprezzamento.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Top 3: Buon rapporto con i superiori<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Un buon ambiente di lavoro \u00e8 importante per i professionisti, affinch\u00e9 si sentano a proprio agio nel loro lavoro. Tuttavia, non \u00e8 importante solo un buon rapporto con i colleghi, ma anche con i superiori. Otto professionisti su dieci attribuiscono grande importanza a questo aspetto.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Top 4: Equilibrio tra lavoro e vita privata<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Conciliare vita e lavoro \u00e8 un compito difficile, soprattutto per i genitori. Ma anche i professionisti con minori responsabilit\u00e0 familiari desiderano un buon equilibrio tra lavoro e vita privata. Il 75% degli intervistati considera un equilibrio positivo tra lavoro e vita privata un fattore importante per rimanere fedeli al proprio datore di lavoro. Per i giovani professionisti, un buon equilibrio tra lavoro e vita privata \u00e8 ancora pi\u00f9 importante: per l'81% di loro, un equilibrio positivo tra lavoro e vita privata \u00e8 un motivo fondamentale per rimanere con il datore di lavoro.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Top 5: Opportunit\u00e0 di sviluppo e formazione per i lavoratori qualificati<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Spesso i professionisti desiderano fare carriera cambiando lavoro: Oltre a una retribuzione migliore, anche una posizione con maggiori responsabilit\u00e0 pu\u00f2 essere un fattore decisivo per un cambiamento. Tuttavia, se all'interno della propria azienda ci sono sufficienti opportunit\u00e0 di fare carriera e di approfondire la propria formazione, i professionisti di solito rimangono al loro posto di lavoro (68%).
