(www.pexels.com)<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<h3><strong>Tenere la porta aperta<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Secondo l'ultima indagine di Robert Walters, molti intervistati mantengono una qualche forma di contatto con il loro ex manager. 24% di loro lo fanno principalmente per tenere aperta la porta a future opportunit\u00e0 di lavoro. Inoltre, il 6% ha ammesso di non aver ancora contattato il proprio ex datore di lavoro per un eventuale ritorno, ma di avere intenzione di farlo.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Sostegno da parte dei dirigenti dell'azienda\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Anche i dipendenti che rientrano sembrano essere visti con favore dai datori di lavoro. Ben 79% dei dirigenti d'azienda svizzeri intervistati sono disposti a riprendere un dipendente di valore. Mentre 9% sono riluttanti, 12% non sono favorevoli.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Christian Atkinson, Country Manager di Robert Walters, aggiunge: \"Il mercato del lavoro rigido gioca indubbiamente un ruolo importante in questo caso. Molte posizioni sono difficili da occupare, quindi riassumere ex dipendenti che hanno lasciato il lavoro in buone condizioni \u00e8 senza dubbio una buona idea. Christian Atkinson sottolinea: \"Queste politiche sono indispensabili, soprattutto se qualcuno torna a ricoprire una posizione superiore a quella che ha lasciato.
