A tal fine, dal 2002 la fondazione sviluppa principi di base, promuove progetti, avvia partenariati e sensibilizza l'opinione pubblica.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Evoluzione verso il futuro<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Nel 2024, la Fondazione Age sta riallineando la sua strategia: Invecchiamento con una maggiore attenzione alle situazioni di vita vulnerabili e alle fasi di fragilit\u00e0, nonch\u00e9 una nuova enfasi sulle cure palliative. Allo stesso tempo, anche l'immagine della Fondazione Age viene rivista e il design aggiornato. L'aspetto futuro deve essere pi\u00f9 rigoroso, il design aziendale sistematizzato e manifestato nel nuovo sito web e nel ritratto aziendale.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Ristrutturato e documentato<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>La base \u00e8 giusta, ma c'\u00e8 ancora pi\u00f9 potenziale nei dettagli del design. Infine, la Fondazione Age ha un effetto unificante nelle sue attivit\u00e0 principali. Questo fa del trattino l'elemento caratterizzante di tutte le applicazioni comunicative.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Nuovo aspetto con presenza<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>La riorganizzazione deve essere chiaramente visibile e tangibile per il mondo esterno. L'intero team, compreso il Consiglio di fondazione, sar\u00e0 ritratto dal fotografo zurighese Dan Cermak. Advocacy ha fornito assistenza per i contenuti del sito e per il Panorama dell'et\u00e0.
