Questa giornata d'azione ha lo scopo di evidenziare simbolicamente il divario retributivo tra donne e uomini. Fino a questa data, le donne in Svizzera hanno lavorato gratuitamente in termini matematici, mentre gli uomini sono pagati dal 1\u00b0 gennaio.<\/p>\n<p>La rete di offerte di lavoro Xing ha intervistato 500 dipendenti della Svizzera tedesca sul tema della retribuzione, tra le altre cose, e ha rilevato le seguenti differenze di genere:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Le donne spesso trovano la loro retribuzione troppo bassa<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Sia per le donne che per gli uomini, uno stipendio pi\u00f9 alto \u00e8 il criterio pi\u00f9 importante nella scelta di un nuovo datore di lavoro. Con il 62%, questo punto tende a essere ancora pi\u00f9 importante per le donne che per gli uomini (55%). Allo stesso tempo, il 46% delle donne ritiene che il proprio stipendio sia troppo basso rispetto alle prestazioni lavorative. La percentuale per gli uomini \u00e8 del 37%.<\/p>\n<p>Tra le donne che ritengono che il loro stipendio sia troppo basso, il 60% sarebbe disposto a cambiare datore di lavoro per questo motivo. La percentuale degli uomini \u00e8 pi\u00f9 o meno la stessa.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Diverse ragioni per le richieste salariali <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Esistono differenze tra i sessi anche per quanto riguarda le ragioni per cui i dipendenti chiedono un aumento di stipendio. Il 26% degli uomini basa la propria richiesta sul fatto che lo stipendio attuale \u00e8 inferiore al valore di mercato. Tra le donne, solo il 16% utilizza uno stipendio inferiore al valore di mercato come motivo di negoziazione salariale. Il 9% delle donne intervistate dichiara di chiedere un aumento di stipendio ogni anno. Tra gli uomini, la percentuale tende a essere leggermente pi\u00f9 alta, pari al 13%.<\/p>\n<p>\"Le donne non guadagnano meno perch\u00e9 il loro stipendio \u00e8 meno importante per loro. E cambiano lavoro con la stessa frequenza degli uomini perch\u00e9 il loro stipendio \u00e8 troppo basso\", afferma Sandra Bascha, responsabile della comunicazione di Xing per la Svizzera. \"Ma le lavoratrici hanno pi\u00f9 difficolt\u00e0 degli uomini a collegare la richiesta di una maggiore retribuzione al proprio valore di mercato.
