Questo pu\u00f2 essere molto positivo per i dipendenti, perch\u00e9 significa che i loro manager offrono sempre una piattaforma in cui le loro idee e i loro sentimenti possono essere ascoltati. Come manager, tuttavia, possono annoiarsi rapidamente con i compiti e le attivit\u00e0 quotidiane, il che pu\u00f2 avere un effetto controproducente sul successo di un'azienda\", afferma il dottor Sherman. Questo pu\u00f2 portare a una mancanza di fiducia all'interno della struttura del team e al risentimento dei subordinati, creando un ambiente di lavoro tossico\", afferma il dottor Sherman.<\/p>\n<p>Sebbene i leader audaci a volte manchino di responsabilit\u00e0, possono cogliere ogni occasione per elogiare se stessi, arrivando persino a prendersi il merito dei risultati ottenuti dal team, indipendentemente dal loro coinvolgimento.
