Questo aspetto ha certamente un ruolo. Ma anche il miglior software e l'hardware pi\u00f9 stabile sono inutili se i vari frammenti non lavorano insieme in modo efficace e in perfetta armonia. Ogni elemento - dalla pi\u00f9 piccola ruota dentata al computer di controllo - conosce il proprio compito e allo stesso tempo \u00e8 consapevole del proprio ruolo in un insieme pi\u00f9 ampio. Introdurre questa struttura e la relativa mentalit\u00e0 nel team di gestione di un'azienda si rivela un passo importante verso un futuro di successo, soprattutto in tempi economici difficili.
