(Immagine: www.depositphotos.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Secondo l'ultima indagine sulle prospettive occupazionali di ManpowerGroup, l'ottimismo in Svizzera rimane intatto: Le prospettive occupazionali nette destagionalizzate di 29% - sebbene in calo di 2 punti percentuali rispetto al trimestre precedente e di 4 punti percentuali rispetto all'anno precedente - indicano che la domanda di talenti continua, anche se in misura minore.<\/p>\n<p>\"Nonostante la flessione del mercato e la leggera tendenza negativa evidenziata dall'indagine di ManpowerGroup, le intenzioni di assunzione rimangono stabili. La riluttanza ad assumere si riscontra in tutte le regioni, con 39 Paesi su 41 che segnalano un calo delle prospettive occupazionali di una media di -6 punti percentuali rispetto al trimestre precedente e di -5 punti percentuali rispetto all'anno precedente.<\/p>\n<p>La Svizzera ottiene buoni risultati nel confronto europeo e si colloca al secondo posto nell'area economica Europa, Medio Oriente e Africa (EMEA) con le sue intenzioni di assunzione, che superano di 14 punti la media regionale. I Paesi Bassi hanno conquistato il primo posto con una previsione netta di occupazione di 32%. Sebbene l'attuale carenza di manodopera mantenga alte le prospettive, i datori di lavoro svizzeri stanno assumendo con un po' pi\u00f9 di cautela rispetto al passato. Il panorama occupazionale svizzero dovr\u00e0 affrontare delle sfide nel prossimo trimestre, influenzate principalmente dalle difficolt\u00e0 economiche dell'ultimo anno e dalla minore domanda globale.<\/p>\n<p>Questa situazione si riflette in Ticino, una regione con un significativo settore manifatturiero, dove il calo della domanda ha portato a una diminuzione delle opportunit\u00e0 di lavoro.  Il Ticino registra un outlook negativo di -14% (con un calo di 40 punti percentuali rispetto all'ultimo trimestre e di 33 punti percentuali rispetto allo stesso trimestre dell'anno precedente).<\/p>\n<p>Rispetto al primo trimestre del 2024, le prospettive occupazionali nette sono diminuite in altre due regioni (Espace Mittelland -6% e Zurigo -4%). Rispetto all'anno precedente, invece, le prospettive occupazionali nette sono aumentate in cinque regioni (Regione del Lago di Ginevra +20 punti percentuali, Svizzera nord-occidentale +19 punti percentuali Svizzera centrale +14 punti percentuali Zurigo +10 punti percentuali e Svizzera orientale +1 punto percentuale<\/p>\n<p><strong>Perdite marcate in alcuni settori<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uno sguardo ai vari settori mostra che sono previste nuove assunzioni in 8 dei 9 settori economici esaminati. Le intenzioni di assunzione nette pi\u00f9 elevate sono segnalate dalle aziende dei seguenti settori: Sanit\u00e0 e scienze della vita (44%), Finanza e immobili (43%), Trasporti, logistica e automotive (42%), Beni di consumo e servizi (41%). Il settore \"Servizi di comunicazione\" registra una previsione occupazionale negativa di -8%, che corrisponde a un calo di 54 punti percentuali rispetto all'ultimo trimestre e di 74 punti percentuali rispetto allo stesso trimestre dell'anno precedente.\u00a0<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_25814\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-25814\" style=\"width: 680px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-25814\" src=\"https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Manpower-Group_Grafik3_ps.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"179\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Manpower-Group_Grafik3_ps.jpg 680w, https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Manpower-Group_Grafik3_ps-18x5.jpg 18w, https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Manpower-Group_Grafik3_ps-375x99.jpg 375w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-25814\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">(Immagine: www.manpowergroup.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Con un valore di 21%, le aziende del settore IT hanno registrato le prospettive occupazionali pi\u00f9 basse dall'inizio del 2022, con un forte calo di 41 punti percentuali rispetto al primo trimestre del 2024; su base annua, le prospettive occupazionali sono diminuite di 15 punti percentuali.<\/p>\n<p>In termini di dimensioni aziendali, le medie e grandi imprese prevedono di assumere, ad eccezione delle aziende con meno di 10 dipendenti (che registrano un NEO negativo di -16%).
