(Immagine simbolica: Keystone\/Goran Basic)<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<p>Nils Fiechter, membro del consiglio della SVP di Oberwil, voleva sapere dal governo in che modo gli alti costi, a suo avviso, fossero compatibili con i principi di efficienza ed economia.<\/p>\r\n<p>Nella sua risposta alla semplice domanda, il Consiglio di Stato ha informato Fiechter che i costi sono stati suddivisi in tre blocchi. Un terzo \u00e8 stato speso per il lavoro di base, vale a dire la strategia e il concetto.<\/p>\r\n<p>Un secondo terzo dei costi \u00e8 stato speso per la composizione, la produzione e l'implementazione del marchio audio in diverse varianti. La libreria musicale contiene circa 50 file. Un ultimo terzo \u00e8 stato speso per le licenze, in modo che il marchio audio appartenga esclusivamente al Cantone di Berna a lungo termine e sia anche legalmente protetto.<\/p>\r\n<p>Nel complesso, il governo ha sempre fatto uno sforzo consapevole per garantire che i costi rimangano all'interno di una fascia di mercato ragionevole e normale.<\/p>\r\n<p>L'immagine pubblica del Cantone \u00e8 regolata da linee guida per il design. Queste specificano, ad esempio, l'aspetto del logo, i caratteri utilizzati dal Cantone, i colori e le immagini.<\/p>\r\n<p>Queste linee guida supportano l'amministrazione cantonale quando si tratta di progettare in modo standardizzato opuscoli, presentazioni, volantini, manifesti o scritte sugli edifici. Il Cantone di Berna deve essere chiaramente riconoscibile a prima vista come mittente.<\/p>\r\n<p>Nell'era della comunicazione digitale, anche i prodotti multimediali audiovisivi sono sempre pi\u00f9 utilizzati. Per questo motivo il segmento \u00e8 stato ampliato.
