Come risulta da un'indagine di Careerplus<\/a> Il sondaggio condotto su circa 400 clienti mostra che il 41% degli intervistati utilizza gi\u00e0 il sourcing attivo per il reclutamento. Come suggerisce il nome, in questa misura di reclutamento proattivo i ruoli si invertono: non \u00e8 il candidato a rivolgersi all'azienda, ma l'azienda al potenziale dipendente.<\/p>\n

Il sourcing attivo \u00e8 una misura di reclutamento impegnativa. Dalla ricerca vera e propria al primo contatto, alla coltivazione delle relazioni, possono passare diversi mesi o addirittura anni. Non sorprende quindi che poco pi\u00f9 di un'azienda su sei si affidi a specialisti esterni per le proprie attivit\u00e0 di sourcing attivo per motivi di tempo e finanziari. Applicato correttamente, tuttavia, il sourcing attivo offre molti vantaggi. In particolare, si tratta di una misura promettente nella lotta per gli specialisti e i profili professionali particolarmente richiesti.
