(Immagine: www.wir.ch)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\"Questo cambiamento, comunicato tempestivamente, \u00e8 il risultato di una pianificazione sostenibile della Banca WIR\", afferma soddisfatto Marc Reimann, Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione. \"Questo sottolinea ancora una volta la prevedibilit\u00e0 e la stabilit\u00e0 della banca\".<\/p>\n<p>Stiegeler ha svolto un ruolo fondamentale nel plasmare la Banca WIR nell'ultimo decennio. \"Pu\u00f2 consegnare al suo successore una banca moderna e finanziariamente solida\", afferma Reimann, guardando al futuro. Il Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione \u00e8 molto soddisfatto del piano di successione del CEO all'interno dei propri ranghi: \"Matthias Pfeifer \u00e8 un leader esperto che combina con successo il pensiero strategico con una costante attenzione al cliente\".<\/p>\n<p>Stiegeler \u00e8 entrato a far parte di Bank WIR nel 2013, inizialmente come vice direttore generale e da giugno 2019 come presidente del comitato esecutivo. Il suo mandato \u00e8 stato caratterizzato da una forte crescita: \"Il patrimonio totale della banca \u00e8 aumentato di circa due miliardi di franchi svizzeri nell'ultimo decennio\", afferma Stiegeler, che ha annunciato un aumento di capitale per il 2024 in questo contesto. \"Da una posizione di forza\", aggiunge.<\/p>\n<p>Stiegeler \u00e8 stato anche la forza trainante della modernizzazione della struttura cooperativa della Banca WIR. Il numero di soci della cooperativa \u00e8 pi\u00f9 che raddoppiato dopo la modifica dello Statuto adottata dall'Assemblea generale del 2022 (apertura della banca a tutti i clienti). \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Il successore designato di Stiegeler \u00e8 l'attuale responsabile della clientela privata e aziendale: Pfeifer, gi\u00e0 Vice CEO dall'inizio di quest'anno, \u00e8 passato da UBS a Bank WIR nel giugno 2019. Il 42enne ha una laurea in economia aziendale e un master in Corporate Finance CFO e Digital Business. Ha gi\u00e0 contribuito in modo significativo al forte sviluppo della banca negli ultimi anni. In particolare, \u00e8 responsabile dell'ulteriore sviluppo delle vendite e ha portato avanti con coerenza i temi dell'attenzione al cliente, della digitalizzazione e dell'innovazione. \"L'obiettivo \u00e8 sempre quello di creare valore aggiunto per i clienti, sia per le PMI che per i privati\", afferma Pfeifer. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Negli ultimi mesi, Bank WIR ha dimostrato pi\u00f9 volte il suddetto \"valore aggiunto per il cliente\", tra l'altro trasferendo rapidamente e coerentemente gli aumenti dei tassi d'interesse della Banca Nazionale Svizzera (BNS).
