Il Sito web del Gruppo Rivella<\/a> ha ricevuto un look fresco e moderno e intende riflettere i valori e le visioni che hanno caratterizzato l'azienda fin dalla sua fondazione, oltre 70 anni fa.<\/p>\r\n

Ispirato al passato e orientato al futuro, l'obiettivo \u00e8 offrire ai visitatori un'esperienza coinvolgente che armonizzi tradizione e innovazione.<\/p>\r\n

Un viaggio nella storia <\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

Nella sezione del sito dedicata alla storia, i visitatori possono immergersi nel passato di Rivella, rivivere vecchi spot televisivi e scoprire l'evoluzione dei marchi. \"La storia di Rivella \u00e8 anche la storia di un'intera generazione. I nostri spot televisivi sono veri e propri gioielli che mostrano il nostro sviluppo e il nostro legame con le persone nel corso degli anni\", spiega Monika Christener, responsabile della comunicazione aziendale di Rivella.<\/p>\r\n

Datore di lavoro unico e colorato <\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

Con l'obiettivo di contrastare i cambiamenti del mercato del lavoro e la relativa carenza di manodopera e di lavoratori qualificati, l'area \"Carriera e marchio del datore di lavoro\" \u00e8 stata notevolmente ampliata.<\/p>\r\n

Con lo slogan \"Exactly your flavour\", l'azienda vuole mostrare in modo stimolante e rinfrescante ci\u00f2 che la rende un datore di lavoro unico. \"Come datore di lavoro, vogliamo ispirare e sensibilizzare i talenti che ci interessano affinch\u00e9 ci prendano in considerazione quando scelgono un datore di lavoro. Vogliamo trasmettere all'esterno i nostri valori, la nostra cultura e il nostro entusiasmo con un'immagine di datore di lavoro forte: autentica e anche un po' autoironica\", spiega Markus Krienb\u00fchl, Responsabile Persone e Cultura di Rivella.<\/p>\r\n

Impegno per l'ambiente e la societ\u00e0 <\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

La sostenibilit\u00e0 \u00e8 anche un punto centrale del nuovo sito web, dove l'azienda familiare presenta i suoi sforzi per ridurre l'impronta di carbonio e i suoi impegni sociali e societari. \"Come azienda, abbiamo una responsabilit\u00e0 nei confronti dell'ambiente e della societ\u00e0. Le nostre misure di sostenibilit\u00e0 sono una parte importante del nostro DNA e dimostrano il nostro impegno per un futuro migliore\", continua Christener.<\/p>\r\n

Focus su modernit\u00e0 e facilit\u00e0 d'uso <\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

Il nuovo sito web non \u00e8 stato modernizzato solo in termini di contenuti, ma anche dal punto di vista tecnico. Aaron Meder dell'agenzia Soda Studios, responsabile dello sviluppo e dell'implementazione, sottolinea in particolare le caratteristiche moderne e l'attenzione costante ai dispositivi mobili: \"Abbiamo ottimizzato la facilit\u00e0 d'uso e l'accessibilit\u00e0 del sito web per offrire ai nostri visitatori un'esperienza ininterrotta e stimolante, indipendentemente dal dispositivo da cui accedono\".<\/p>\r\n

I team interni di Rivella di Corporate Communications, People&Culture e Marketing e i partner esterni delle agenzie Soda e Frontify sono stati coinvolti nella realizzazione del sito web.<\/p>\r\n
