Per lo studio, gli esperti di e-business hanno valutato l'esperienza del cliente nella stipula di prodotti pensionistici privati. Il risultato: l'esperienza del cliente \u00e8 solo soddisfacente e non pu\u00f2 ispirare. Il touchpoint pi\u00f9 importante resta la consulenza personale, che tuttavia presenta un elevato potenziale di ottimizzazione. Sono stati intervistati pi\u00f9 di 800 clienti di oltre 24 diverse banche e compagnie assicurative che hanno sottoscritto in passato una pensione privata. Tra le societ\u00e0 intervistate figurano Allianz, Commerzbank, Credit Suisse e PostFinance.<\/p>\n<h2>Esigenze del cliente: Paura della povert\u00e0 degli anziani e mancanza di offerte individuali<\/h2>\n<p>I fornitori di servizi finanziari devono comprendere ed essere in grado di rispondere alle esigenze e ai requisiti dei loro clienti. Tuttavia, questi prodotti spesso mancano, come dimostra lo studio: il 42,0% dei clienti dichiara che il prodotto attuale non \u00e8 adatto alle proprie esigenze.<\/p>\n<h2>Tipi di clienti: Modelli di comportamento attivi e passivi<\/h2>\n<p>Lo studio mostra chiare differenze nel comportamento dei clienti per quanto riguarda l'interazione con le aziende. Queste diventano particolarmente evidenti nella ricerca di informazioni all'interno del customer journey. Sono ricettivi alla pubblicit\u00e0 attraverso i canali tradizionali e online e hanno bisogno di consulenza come punto di contatto complementare. I \"Personalmente passivi\" non si informano quasi mai e si aspettano di ricevere tutte le informazioni nel colloquio di consulenza. Non sono ricettivi alla pubblicit\u00e0 e devono essere messi al corrente dell'argomento dal consulente o da persone vicine. Anche in questo caso, la consulenza \u00e8 il punto di contatto centrale: \u00e8 qui che si ottengono tutte le informazioni e si decidono i possibili approcci.<\/p>\n<h2>Customer Journey: i punti di contatto e i canali pi\u00f9 importanti dall'attivazione al completamento del progetto<\/h2>\n<p>I due tipi di clienti percorrono lo stesso percorso. Tuttavia, si differenziano notevolmente nella scelta dei punti di contatto e dei canali. Ad esempio, il 60,6% delle persone \"attive multimedialmente\" indica la pubblicit\u00e0 online come il punto di contatto per informarsi sulla previdenza privata. Questo dato \u00e8 stato determinato dal Customer Experience Index (CXi), che misura la soddisfazione complessiva dei clienti. Questo dato mostra una solida performance del 72,9% per l'intero settore.
