Il Gruppo Eraneos \u00e8 un gruppo internazionale di consulenza gestionale e tecnologica che offre servizi nel campo della digitalizzazione e della trasformazione, dallo sviluppo della strategia all'implementazione. \u00c8 nato dalla fusione di Ginkgo Management Consulting, Quint Group e AWK Group annunciata nel 2021. DCP \u00e8 stata aggiunta nel 2022 e anche SMP e Convalid fanno parte del gruppo dal 2023. Il gruppo serve clienti in tre continenti e conta 1075 dipendenti.<\/p>\r\n

Stefan Tijsinger sar\u00e0 il nuovo CFO del Gruppo. Tijsinger vanta un'esperienza pluriennale nei settori della finanza, dell'IT e della digitalizzazione e porta con s\u00e9 una vasta esperienza in materia di controlling, contabilit\u00e0, rischio e conformit\u00e0, tesoreria e M&A. Molti anni di esperienza nel settore della consulenza<\/h3>\r\n

Stefan Tijsinger succede a Uwe Schiller, che \u00e8 entrato in Eraneos nel gennaio 2022 e da allora ha creato un'organizzazione finanziaria internazionale per l'azienda. Schiller affiancher\u00e0 Stefan Tijsinger durante una fase di transizione e lascer\u00e0 Eraneos su sua richiesta il 30 settembre 2024.<\/p>\r\n

Stefan Tijsinger - che ha sempre lavorato nel settore della consulenza - ha lavorato di recente presso Xebia, dove ha ricoperto il ruolo di Group CFO. \u00c8 entrato in azienda nel 2016 come CFO di Xebia Consultancy Services.
