Questa \"fusione tra uguali\" richiede anche lo sviluppo di un marchio che riunisca con successo i dipendenti di entrambe le aziende, ancori la pretesa di eccellenza nei mercati di vendita e posizioni l'azienda in modo sostenibile nel mercato del lavoro.<\/p>\r\n<p>A livello di strategia di marca, il Team Farner I ha sviluppato una visione e una missione precise. Inoltre, \u00e8 stata creata un'identit\u00e0 di marchio per rafforzare la rivendicazione della leadership e dello spirito innovativo sia all'interno che all'esterno. Questa affermazione si riflette anche nel nome Hyand. Il nuovo nome del marchio deriva dal termine inglese \"High End\" e dal suffisso \"and\/plus\". Il nuovo nome di Hyand vuole dimostrare che si tratta di un'azienda che supera le aspettative con i suoi servizi. Questa derivazione si riflette anche nel nuovo design del marchio e nel logo.<\/p>\r\n<p>La storia del nuovo marchio Hyand si riassume nel claim \"Code of Change\".
