La presenza di tale visione aumenta la fiducia di 33%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>43% spesso si sentono pi\u00f9 guidati che promotori del cambiamento. Solo 40% dei dipendenti dichiarano di essere attivamente coinvolti nella definizione del cambiamento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>36% dichiarano che il loro ambiente di lavoro li prosciuga pi\u00f9 di quanto dia loro energia. Al contrario, una cooperazione forte e positiva all'interno dell'organizzazione aumenta la fiducia di 20%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>44% ritengono che i tempi migliori per la loro organizzazione siano ancora lontani. Ci\u00f2 indica un alto livello di incertezza.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La fiducia aumenta la fedelt\u00e0 al datore di lavoro.
