Se l'obiettivo \u00e8 un sostegno pi\u00f9 personale, ci concentriamo su risorse e strumenti. Se l'attenzione \u00e8 sui costi, progettiamo il viaggio concentrandoci sull'efficienza del processo.<\/p>\n<p>Con l'obiettivo del viaggio, le discrepanze con l'attuale esperienza del cliente diventano chiare. Mostra i requisiti concreti per i processi e gli strumenti, specialmente quelli per il sistema CRM. Con queste conoscenze, le aziende possono ora creare nuove strutture e utilizzare tecnologie personalizzate.<\/p>\n<h2>Cosa rende un buon sistema CRM<\/h2>\n<p>In un'epoca di qualit\u00e0 genericamente alta dei prodotti, i processi dei clienti sono il principale elemento di differenziazione sul mercato. L'obiettivo della differenziazione del mercato non pu\u00f2 essere raggiunto attraverso un sistema CRM con processi standard o come una semplice estensione dell'ERP per la forza di vendita. Uno strumento CRM deve essere personalizzabile come piattaforma. In questo modo, \u00e8 possibile progettare processi unici per i clienti e modificare i sistemi di backend di conseguenza.<\/p>\n<h2>Intelligenza artificiale<\/h2>\n<p>Storicamente, i CRM sono grandi vasi di dati. Con il crescente flusso di dati, stanno diventando sempre pi\u00f9 pieni - e quindi sempre pi\u00f9 preziosi. Chi compra un sistema CRM oggi dovrebbe quindi assicurarsi non solo di comprare una pentola di dati - ma anche strumenti adatti per valutare i dati e riconoscere nuovi modelli in essi.<\/p>\n<h2>Fare il miglior uso possibile del potenziale di sviluppo<\/h2>\n<p>Con un CRM ottimizzato, le aziende non solo possono aumentare enormemente la loro efficienza. Possono anche vedere a colpo d'occhio quali dei loro clienti hanno il pi\u00f9 alto potenziale di sviluppo. Naturalmente, anche i clienti ne beneficiano: Il CRM ideale va di pari passo con il miglior servizio possibile.
