Se i disaccordi tra gli ospiti e gli operatori delle offerte non possono essere risolti con un dialogo congiunto, \u00e8 necessaria un'autorit\u00e0 affidabile e neutrale che faccia da mediatore in modo rapido ed efficace.<\/p>\r\n<p>Per questo motivo, HotellerieSuisse, Svizzera Turismo, GastroSuisse e IG Parahotellerie hanno unito le forze per realizzare un ufficio di ombudsman per il turismo. L'iniziativa sar\u00e0 incorporata nel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ombudsman-touristik.ch\/de\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Un'offerta comprovata da parte dell'ombudsman dell'industria turistica svizzera<\/a> integrato. Attivo dal 1990, il mediatore imparziale tra ospiti e compagnie di viaggio ha finora operato principalmente nel settore outgoing. Il servizio ampliato, che sar\u00e0 disponibile a partire da luglio 2024, sar\u00e0 disponibile anche per gli ospiti che viaggiano in Svizzera.<\/p>\r\n<h3>\"Un forte segnale di qualit\u00e0 e soddisfazione del cliente\".<\/h3>\r\n<p>La creazione di questo punto di contatto centrale e neutrale rafforza la \"fiducia nel turismo svizzero\" e promuove la qualit\u00e0 del servizio nel settore: \"L'ufficio comune dell'ombudsman \u00e8 una pietra miliare importante per il nostro settore. Illustra il nostro impegno comune per i pi\u00f9 alti standard di qualit\u00e0 e la soddisfazione dei nostri ospiti\", sottolinea Nicole Br\u00e4ndle, direttrice di HotellerieSuisse.
