(Immagine: GastroSuisse \/ Andreas von Gunten)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>219 delegati hanno partecipato alla 133a assemblea dei delegati di GastroSuisse presso \"Les Patinoires du Littoral\" a Neuch\u00e2tel. Casimir Platzer, presidente uscente di GastroSuisse, ha condotto per l'ultima volta il ricco programma. Il tema principale nella pista di ghiaccio del club di hockey su ghiaccio di Neuch\u00e2tel sono state le elezioni generali. Platzer ha guidato l'associazione per dieci anni. \"Sono grato per i risultati raggiunti e per aver reso la nostra associazione una delle pi\u00f9 importanti del Paese\", ha dichiarato l'Oberlander bernese ripensando al suo mandato.<\/p>\n<p>Esther Friedli e Gilles Meystre, membri del Consiglio di Amministrazione di GastroSuisse, hanno reso omaggio al suo lavoro: \"Casimir Platzer ha messo il cuore e l'anima nel nostro settore e ha reso la nostra associazione particolarmente efficace dal punto di vista politico. \"Durante il suo mandato, Platzer ha rafforzato e istituzionalizzato il Gruppo parlamentare per l'industria alberghiera e ha avviato incontri di alto livello con tutti i partiti politici. Si \u00e8 sempre battuto per ottenere condizioni politiche ed economiche favorevoli all'industria dell'ospitalit\u00e0\". I delegati hanno inoltre nominato Casimir Platzer Presidente onorario.<\/p>\n<p>Due candidati erano in lizza per la carica di presidente: l'attuale vicepresidente ticinese Massimo Suter e Beat Imhof di Zurigo. Imhof ha vinto dopo il primo turno di votazione. \"Sono molto soddisfatto e far\u00f2 tutto il possibile per soddisfare gli elevati requisiti\", ha dichiarato il neoeletto presidente di GastroSuisse. Beat Imhof ha una formazione da chef e ha conseguito un Master in General Management presso l'Universit\u00e0 EMBA di Lucerna. Il 52enne \u00e8 stato amministratore delegato di dine&amp;shine Event Catering, SV Schweiz AG dal 2011 al 2015 e responsabile del catering e vice amministratore delegato di Samsung Hall dal 2015 al 2018. Dal 2018 \u00e8 amministratore delegato del Teatro del Casin\u00f2 di Winterthur. Imhof ha due figli e dal 2023 \u00e8 presidente di GastroWinterthur. Fino al 2023 \u00e8 stato docente di gestione degli eventi presso la FHGR e la ZHAW. \u00c8 inoltre esperto d'esame HFP presso la formazione Hotel &amp; Gastro di Weggis.<\/p>\n<p>Muriel Hauser e Moritz Rogger, due membri di lunga data del Consiglio di amministrazione, si sono dimessi. Entrambi sono stati nominati membri onorari. I delegati hanno eletto Gilles Meystre, anch'egli membro di lunga data del Consiglio di amministrazione, come vicepresidente. Maurus Ebneter \u00e8 stato confermato tesoriere. Sette candidati si sono contesi gli altri sei seggi del Consiglio di amministrazione. Daniela Segm\u00fcller, David Maye e Samuel V\u00f6r\u00f6s sono stati eletti nuovi membri del Consiglio di amministrazione.
