L'80,9 % delle persone in cerca di lavoro considera la credibilit\u00e0 del datore di lavoro target \"molto importante\" durante la fase di candidatura.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Raccomandazioni molto credibili<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le raccomandazioni di amici e conoscenti sono molto avanti in termini di credibilit\u00e0 come fonte di informazioni: il 48,2 % degli intervistati le considera pienamente credibili. Gli annunci di lavoro (17,6 %), i siti di carriera (20,1 %) e le recensioni dei datori di lavoro (18,4 %) sono molto indietro.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>I social media fanno da apripista<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Se si include la percentuale di voti di coloro che considerano il rispettivo mezzo di comunicazione almeno \"in qualche modo credibile\", le raccomandazioni, gli annunci di lavoro e le pagine dedicate alla carriera, nonch\u00e9 le recensioni, raggiungono tutte una quota superiore a 70 %. Le presenze sui social media dei datori di lavoro si piazzano in fondo alla classifica con una quota combinata di 57,1 % di voti \"credibili\" e \"un po' credibili\". Il 42,9 % li ritiene \"piuttosto inaffidabili\".<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Film di immagini incredibili, testi credibili<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Per quanto riguarda i formati utilizzati nella comunicazione con i datori di lavoro, i filmati non godono di una buona immagine tra le persone in cerca di lavoro: il 51,4 % li considera \"inaffidabili\" o \"piuttosto inaffidabili\". I testi sono molto pi\u00f9 credibili, ad esempio nelle pagine dedicate alle carriere o negli annunci di lavoro. In questo caso, la percentuale di persone scettiche \u00e8 solo del 35,4 %. Al contrario, il 64,6 % li considera \"credibili\" o \"piuttosto credibili\".<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Check-up del datore di lavoro<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Circa l'86,3 % delle persone in cerca di lavoro effettua un controllo sui datori di lavoro inseriti nella lista prima di candidarsi. Il mezzo pi\u00f9 importante \u00e8 il motore di ricerca Google con 80,8 %.
