(Immagine: www.jufahotels.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La nuova app per i dipendenti premia le prestazioni e la partecipazione, supera le barriere linguistiche e si concentra sul lato umano dei dipendenti.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Dopo il lavoro arriva il piacere<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Nel caso di JUFA Hotels, non solo gli ospiti ma anche i dipendenti sono viziati. I dipendenti possono essere coinvolti attivamente attraverso i like, i commenti e la realizzazione di \"sfide\" e vengono premiati in modo unico. I dipendenti possono raccogliere punti goodie nell'app in modo divertente, che possono poi essere riscattati nel goodie store. I collezionisti di punti possono scegliere tra prelibatezze regionali e stagionali, dispositivi elettronici e buoni acquisto.<\/p>\n<p>Tuttavia, non si tratta di premi qualsiasi. La direzione dell'hotel di F\u00fcrstenfeld (una delle 60 strutture del gruppo alberghiero) gestisce il Goodie Store interno e risponde in modo specifico alle esigenze dei dipendenti. Particolarmente apprezzata \u00e8 la possibilit\u00e0 di riscattare i punti Goodie per ottenere buoni pernottamento e colazione durante tutto l'anno. Ad oggi, sono gi\u00e0 stati riscattati 137.000 punti, a dimostrazione dell'alto livello di accettazione e popolarit\u00e0 dell'applicazione. Questo permette ai dipendenti di raccogliere i frutti della propria giornata lavorativa. \"Appartenere ed essere ascoltati: questo \u00e8 importante per i dipendenti\", afferma Yasmin Bobik, che lavora nel team di gestione delle risorse umane.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Il cuore delle operazioni alberghiere batte anche per i dipendenti<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>I dipendenti del gruppo alberghiero non solo hanno accesso a informazioni aggiornate, ma possono anche partecipare attivamente ed esprimere le proprie opinioni. Due volte all'anno, i desideri e le idee dei dipendenti vengono raccolti in un sondaggio. Le idee confluiscono nell'app e vengono poi visualizzate in una bacheca Kanban. La bacheca \u00e8 la pi\u00f9 utilizzata, perch\u00e9 permette ai dipendenti di condividere storie ed esperienze durante la giornata lavorativa, rafforzando il senso di comunit\u00e0. Secondo Gerhard Wendl (amministratore delegato, proprietario e fondatore del gruppo alberghiero), la funzione di traduzione automatica \u00e8 particolarmente utile. \"Tutti i contenuti possono essere tradotti con la semplice pressione di un tasto. Abbiamo dipendenti provenienti da oltre 40 Paesi, tra cui molti rifugiati dall'inizio della crisi ucraina. L'applicazione ci aiuta a superare le barriere linguistiche e a lavorare insieme come una squadra senza confini\", sottolinea.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>L'app ha superato tutte le aspettative<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Il sistema di ricompensa ha fatto centro: circa 1600 dipendenti hanno generato oltre 198.000 visite, pi\u00f9 di 51.000 \"mi piace\" ai post e oltre 17.000 commenti. I punti vengono assegnati anche per i corsi di formazione completati con successo o per gli audit effettuati con successo, oltre che per le recensioni positive degli ospiti e per i dati economici favorevoli. Yasmin Bobik, membro del team di gestione delle risorse umane, \u00e8 piacevolmente sorpresa dall'alto livello di partecipazione: \"La risposta \u00e8 stata travolgente e il numero di iscrizioni \u00e8 in costante aumento.
